SEX may help middle-aged men reach old age by reducing the risks of heart disease and other illnesses, according to findings from Bristol University.

A study divided 918 middle-aged men into groups of high sexual activity (those who said they had an orgasm more than twice a week), intermediate and low (less than once a month). After analysing death rates in the study group ten years later, the researchers found the risk of death in the high-activity group was only half that of the low-activity group. This was more marked in relation to heart disease.

So Lady's don't kill us men...we need ya to live longer...

High Sexual Activity = Greater than 2 Orgasms a Week?

By whose standards did they come up with that? I know Puritans and Quakers who get it more often than that...and they'd be the last people in the world you'd ever think of being "Highly Sexual"!

Heck, personally I'd be whining and complaining if I only had 2 Orgasms a Week (and probably likely to rip someone's head off)!

So if I get 7 Orgasms a Day is that going to make me Immortal? Or is it just going to make me tired all the time?

Personally, I think that anyone with half a brain had already figured out that an active Sex life is healthy for men. I do find it interesting though that single, childless women tend to live longer. That is an interesting contrast St Vaast! Definitely if we want a Win/Win situation for both genders we best be promoting Pre-Marital Sex and Contraception for the betterment of all. Problem is how do we get the Christian Right on board with that program?
