Its computer generated, you can tell with the vowels and sudden odd pauses. Its not uncommon they do it all the time with Bush and Reagan as the devil..lol..

Its a manipulated sound source! If listen closely you can here a lower dronier voice justa milisecond before bush actually speaks!

They also put the creepy music in to drown out any other odd sounds, it keeps you subconciously onto bush's voice!

Besides that, various source clips have differing amounts of echo and frequency response. Yes, a rather obvious speech mashup.

If the garble at 0:34 doesn't convince you the sound was manipulated, you are a WMD yourself. Heck, I could've done a better job of editing the sounds than that.

To reply to all 3 questions, yes, yes and yes. Got to admit, it is different than the mp3 I got on napster several years ago which it titled Bushwacked but it is in the same line of thought.

Which the reply was, of course it is a joke!
