I do smoke a lot on the videos, but not as a general course of action.
I still do my runs in the morning and have only dropped a few seconds in the past years. Never been really fast, I'm a really REALLY big guy, so
speed was never the issue; just being able to get from point a to point b

lol...ok mate, but trust- I'm not telling you what to do,
simply saying that my lung capacity suffers, when skipping, running, whatever, I feel the areas of 'hurt' in my lungs, the 'weak spots' so to
speak. Its a biatch of a situation to be in. Maybe you don't get those pains, which you should be pretty chuffed about
