but we both know there's only so much that exercise can do for a smoker.

I do smoke a lot on the videos, but not as a general course of action.

I still do my runs in the morning and have only dropped a few seconds in the past years. Never been really fast, I'm a really REALLY big guy, so speed was never the issue; just being able to get from point a to point b

My lifting has never suffered, when it does, I'll quit

lol...ok mate, but trust- I'm not telling you what to do,

simply saying that my lung capacity suffers, when skipping, running, whatever, I feel the areas of 'hurt' in my lungs, the 'weak spots' so to speak. Its a biatch of a situation to be in. Maybe you don't get those pains, which you should be pretty chuffed about

by the way I had to go back and edit that post again at the bottom when I was talking about war, so check it out if you missed it before (damned unintentional rhymes...)

My poached egg suggestions.

1.
I would tell the chef that those were the best poached eggs I ever had and ask for some more but not as well done.

2.
Throw them away and deal, they are not that filling anyhow.

3.
Eat them as is, if it's edible and your hungry it's a win win.

Justin Case keeps you out of situations.
Never order poached eggs somewhere they have no talent in the kitchen.
