I'm getting sick of people bouncing around the socialist word all the time.

REAL socialists do NOT like Obama.

Stop using ignorance to further your pathetic agenda.

Well I'm getting sick of people bouncing around the ignorance word all the time.

REAL socialists do NOT like Obama because he is so blatant about it. Real socialist like to hide around labels like liberal and progressive.

Obama will be another Jimmy Carter.

Jimmy Carter is a lot better person that Obama will ever be. He is way more popular now that he ever was as president, even though he never had a chance to succeed as president.

Jimmy Carter was the last president that refused to serve the New World Order. That's why Clinton hates him.

Reagan came after Carter so you are wrong.

Why do you think he was targeted for assassination? It was to make way for Bush.

If they do pass the health care reforms along with the cap and trade bill as they are seeking to do, none of it will be implemented until 2013.... There is a reason for that.

When and/or IF these are passed the impact will be huge, and would result in political suicide for Obama... At least as far as being re-elected for a second term.

If he can prevail, and convince enough of the populous and congress to support and pass his agenda early in his first term, I will bet you now that the most destructive aspects of his agenda will (if passed) not be implemented or have any additional adverse impact until after the elections in 2012.

They needed to get all of this done as early as possible in his first term, that is why there has been such a rush to get these bills through, they had to know that it would be unpopular and it is obvious now that they wanted to avoid that by rushing it through.... The stimulus plan got through without most of congress even having time to read it, cap and trade, the same in the house, but thankfully stalled in the senate, and you all know where health care reform is now.

They hoped it would have been all done quickly, and Obama could have spent the rest of this term focused on building his popularity going into the election of 2012, where he planned on winning a second term, then they would implement the agendas they had passed....

Something went wrong along the way, a lot of Americans woke up!

That seems to have changed everything for them.

See you at the polls in 2010 and 2012!

Define socialist, and then tell me the "real" socialists that hate Obama.

Well you are being ignorant and I'm calling you out on it. Judging by your screen name, it's not a surprise that you'd be spewing such crap.

Pick up a copy of Socialist Worker sometime and you'll see them trashing Obama at every turn. A real socialist would consider Obama to be a fraud.

He's nothing but a corporatist, cut from the same mold as every other President we've had the past 20 years. Say one thing and do another.

We'd have a NHS by now if we had elected a real socialist.

We would have NHS right now if it weren't for Congress...what does that have to do with the President?

Apparently, you are just as aware of what's going on as Pelosi.

Odd.

She doesn't have a clue,

Thes best part is that she is doing everything possible to ensure he's a one-termer.

I do not think the Chicago political machine is a good fit for the Federal level of the USA. Consequently, I see Obama as a one-term President, and I am not convinced that he will make it all the way through his term without the Clintons or the Bu#es dropping big bombshell news stories that will see O. sent back to Illinois, and Biden sworn in to finish the term.

There is a strange pattern emerging in the USA. When Ronald Reagan was elected, it was George HW Bush who ruled. When George W. Bush was elected, it was Cheney who ruled. Now Obama is President, and it is Nancy Pelosi who is doing the lion's share of "leading" and ruling.

The President is the one trying to champion it.

Regardless, all this bickering about politics is a waste of everyone's time.
