This place is lovely guys, its right next door to me (well I got the undertakers, then the church and the enterance is down the little side road next to the church)...........................

It was donated by louise Tessier back in early 1930's

This guy looks like" Mr Tessier - cousin of Louis Alexander Tessier"

The Tessier Family 1877

BACK ROW (Standing left to right) :Mrs Bertha Florence Tessier (1858-1886) or Mrs Caroline J. Tessier (1849-1876) ; Henry Thomas Lewis (Louis) Tessier (1816-1891) ; Eliza Tessier (born c1838) ; Henry JosephTessier (1857-1885) ; Martha Elizabeth Long (born c1858)
MIDDLE ROW (Seated left to right) :Louis Edward Tessier (1842-1895) ; Mrs Ann Tessier (born1848); Kezia JoanTessier (c1795-1877) ; Mr Tessier - cousin of Louis Alexander Tessier ?? ; Mrs Ellen Sachs [nee Tessier] (born 1822)
FRONT ROW (Lying on ground) :Unknown member of the Tessier Family (e.g. Thomas Ransom Sachs - husband of Ellen Tessier)

Tessier Gardens are a small and delightful park between Babbacombe and St. Marychurch. This was a gift to the town in 1933 by Mrs HA Tessier. A 'Sun temple' was constructed latter the same year in recognition of Mrs Tessier's generosity. A scented garden for the blind was designed and planted as recently as 1975.

The collection of plants in the garden had just been enhanced with the addition of more plants and shrubs during spring 2002. The botanical names have been etched in Braille on copper plates. The gardens are superb and lend themselves to quiet contemplation and enjoyment of the tranquil setting.
In accordance with the covenants bestowed upon the council in 1933, children under the age of 18 are not strictly permitted in the park, however the Council does not rigidly enforce this rule and discourages the use of the rule, in recognition of modern day use of parks. Parents with children under 18 are actively invited to use the park, however, in respect of the other park users, we ask they are always under adult supervision.
Please note: The park gates are locked at night and no dogs are permitted within the park area.

Hi blackwidow,

I am also having difficulty seeing what you believe to be a ghost. I can't even make out a face. Is it a face that I am supposed to be seeing? Can you perhaps outline, or define it somehow?
Thanks!

Hi Just_Julie

The imagine is of an old gentlemen, long nose, side-burns, re-seeding hair line !

He looks very similar to one or both of the gentlemen in the other pic !

The pic was enlarge and pic in the square box hun

I think I can see what you are talking about. For me, it's more of a resemblance to these guys....

muppet.wikia.com...

I think it's just a case of looking too hard and seeing things that are not really there...
You see what you want to see in things, like clouds take on different shapes for different people.

The human mind makes patterns out of chaos. In this case, I believe that it is just your mind making a pattern out of background images, just as the above poster stated regarding clouds. If you are unsure of this suggestion, then ask yourself this: Why would a ghost use a railing and a bush to make a face when they can just create an apparition?
