This is a quick review of the direction the Obama adminstration has taken. Take a look and see if you can tell me: "It's all good."

No one listened, no one cared, no one checked anything out...McCain was a wuss and Obama is carismatic...I don't think most Americans still care...How sad. Amerika will never be the same....Our best days are behind us. We are witnessing the saddest historical events in the history of our country.

I listened carefully to everything President Elect Obama said..
I saw behind the carefully choosen words in his rederick, I heard a different message spewing from his mouth, than did my family members, my friends, my neighbors. I saw past what he called hope, and I knew exactly what HIS meaning of "Change" meant.
I saw Obama rising, towering, majesticly strong, and sturdy in his appearence, in the eyes of others, and with all that I had gathered and learned about the man behind the rederick, I rallied my family, my friends, my neighbors, and told them to "Listen Carefully" to his words, for it was an illusion he portrayed. But they did not listen to me, they did not "Listen Carefully" to his words, they opened the gate, despite what he was promising, and they let the "Trojan Horse" in. Everyday since, one by one his promise of "Change" falls from the belly of the "Trojan Horse", and those who failed to "Listen Carefully", are standing in it's shadow, thinking they have been betrayed. Obama didnt betray them, they failed to "Listen Carefully" to what was spewing from the horses mouth...

I did too. I listened carefully to what he was selling and I wasn't buying that's why I didn't vote for him. For that matter, I didn't like what McCain was selling either....Too bad that the other parties out there aren't given much exposure by the media because the two party system stinks...

I don't think that is a mistake when they insert the K!

Maybe that is what we need. We need an identifier for the Amerika of the oppressive Federal government, and a different one for the resilient American People!

The Tea Parties need their own FLAG!!

PLEASE PEOPLE REMEMBER - Almost half the country voted against him! We are not alone! Since more people are realizing what has happened there are even more than before who are against his policies. Don't give up this fight we out number them now and they know it, they just control the main stream of media and are telling us otherwise to confuse us, worry us, and break us down to acceptance.

It is our MEDIA that stinks bc it is of course controlled by the GOV.

We do have many more than 2 parties, of course you will not hear about them on NBC Nightly News/Faux/ABC/etc....... ---->

We really are as bad as IRAN IMO (relating to state controlled TV) and we just give the average folk enough to chew on and then pull the bait and switch

I'm sorry to be so dense. What is rederick? You mentioned it twice.

You couldn't possibly have meant rhetoric.

Naw, no one wise enough to see-through Obama could be that illiterate. Could they?

Oh and lest I forget On Topic: IMO Glenn Beck is a FAUX NEWS bigoted, hate mongering neocon.

Have a nice day.

Throughout the entire election I kept screaming "WHAT KIND OF CHANGE?! WHAT DOES THIS MAN STAND FOR? We don't know anything about him you fools!"

I was met with the usual sheepish grin and glossy eyed look and they would dribble out things like "hope has come..." "were saved..." "OBAMA! OBAMA! OBAMA!"

Really... I'm not joking. Obama is a damn genius I give him that... he sat right there more or less laughing in everyone's face and people went along with it like sheep off a cliff. Never have I seen such pathetic behavior from all sides.. I don't know what else to say about it...

Well we see KK on here preaching about Glenn Beck. Quit your stone-throwing just because someone spells wrong douche bag!

I love the United States of America and what the constitution stands for but I'm not about to let our government run my life. I will stand shoulder to shoulder.... even with KK if we had to revolt. As the state motto of New Hampshire states "Live Free or Die", I will fight for my freedom, even to the death. I think I'll start a thread somewhere on ATS where we can get some people together for plans to defend and fight when your civil/revolutionary war begins. Our government of today is worse than the brits of the 1700s. So many people are preaching about "peaceful" revolution, something that hasn't had much success with our government. The plan for total domination will still slide through the cracks and keep on truckin'. They must be forced out of office, not voted. Voting the nazis out of office will only replace them with other nazis or marxists. We need the country back in the hands of the PEOPLE.... not the GOVT! Who's willing to raise their arms in battle with me? I'm talking when martial law is declared and "swine flu" victims are forced into the FEMA camps. Who's with me?

I agree

But with Glen Beck and FOX on board you can have an ELEPHANT wearing a MASK on the flag?

Your first topic of these discussions should be how to harden your armchairs - err ah bases of operation - against cruise missile, daisy cutter and MOAB attacks - or more realistically - what to do when your utilities and communications are cut off and travel is restricted. Better stock up now on batteries, kerosene and konfederate flags.

I sense humor and a bit of sarcasim in your reply. I guess sitting on your rear end and doing nothing constitutes as sanity. Well, to each his/her own.

One thing I know that GOP was declaring everything was dandy and business as usual, which is crap of course. Obama may not be the best president of our generation, but he simply was head and shoulders above competition for even talking about the "change" whatever this means.

The problem is that Obama and every other president wants to FIX America's financial problems. All Obama and Bush did when they passed the two 700 billion plus stimulus and bailouts was prolong the recession and possibly putting the knife in the heart of America. Why not let the big businesses that are "too big to fail", fail? If they fail, they fail and will be replaced by other businesses that are better suited to do the job. That's how capitolism works. Government bailing them out creates a socialist monopoly on things in the long run. The "NEW DEAL" of the 1930s just prolonged the Great Depression. Our little surge in the stock market is the same thing that happened in 1929 before the BIG crash. Don't be so blind by Obama's skillful and persuasive words. Screw the two party system. Vote real americans into office. Let the little guys win for a change. I voted Ron Paul in the primaries and I wrote in Chuck Baldwin in the presidential election. Let our government know we won't stand for corruption.

Oh, I listened, and I am continuing to do so. Didn't like what I heard from the outset, and care less for it presently. However much I tried to point out the lack of substance to the hope and change the ears were deaf. Fortunately, the eyes have opened, and the hearing is improving. What I am hearing from others now is "WHY didn't you say something sooner?" Really sad...
