Hello, a question about avatar.

Hi, I'm new here (at least as a member) and would like to create my avatar. Every time I go to my "pictures" it forwards me to the ats media page.. (which is separate from ATS, I guess?) And asks for a password. so mine doesnt work and I click on "sign up". It has said for 2 days now "sorry signups disabled, try back later! Any idea when I'll be able to create my avatar?

Use the same ID to login as you use for ATS and BTS.

That should get you in. Once inside, then you can upload your avatar to 'your pictures' section and copy the link for it.

Thanks, I'm not able to login with my ATS password tho. I've tried clicking on the "forgot your password?" link just in case I forgot what it is...which is highley likely...but it tells me my *username* doesnt exsist. *sigh*.

I also have this problem, same in every way...but it aint that big a deal...i hate avatars

I'd like to have one tho, makes me feel more "involved" lol I dunno. It isn't a huge deal, I can still post etc, but it's a glitch that I think should be fixed.

Make sure you are logged into ATS to enter MATS.

At the very top of this page you'll see "VIDEO & MEDIA"

Click that.. It should then take you to Mats, where you can log in using your ATS ID.

If that fails.. clear all your cookies, history etc and try again.

If all else fails.. be sure you are logged into ATS
Go to MATS via ATS and then RESET your password in MATS..

Did this, and it worked! in the sense that it recognized my username allowing me to get the temporary password assinged by ATS. Thanks!

for the record, I did try that, but clearing my cookies and temp internet files solved it. (including cache like passwords on websites.)
