United States government is charged with treason

Except this wasn't "tried," in an actual, "court." I'm guessing this was done at a kitchen table by guys wearing Jack Daniels Baseball caps and women chugging Budweisers.

Unless someone can provide evidence to show this is an actual legal case, I suggest we all just move along.

Wow, it would really be nice if average citizens could make a real difference. I will look forward to watching what happens with this.

I cant see this one going anywhere seen as it is a civil suit, but what i dont understand is that didnt your last administration in so many words "tear up" your constitution, didnt bush say "its just a peice of paper", i think the Bush Admin, and our own Tony blair an co are the ones who need to face the courts .... and the PEOPLE.

First off the charge of treason, is very specific it involves giving direct material support to an enemy powewr in times of war.
That is the reason there have been few chareges of treason brought against anyone.

I don't know how Ron Paul has so effectively marketed himself. He is a LIBERTARIAN. If you don't know what that means you should look it up so that you aren't just taking my word for it (hint, Rush Limbaugh is a celebrated Libertarian). One of the key tenants of Libertarianism is: Deregulation. They want a society that is run by commerce not politicians. That means the market will decide what is too much toxic effluent, not regulations set forth by politicians. Lead in your baby formula?-- people will stop buying it, problem solved.
