Yea, I agree that he's a liar.

I have nothing against him -- I mean he seems like a fun guy to hang out with -- but he works on a news network that isn't on the level, makes a living as an actor (not a journalist), and works for Rupert Murdoch.

Pretty much anyone you see on Fox News is going to lie at one point or another. Some do it more than others.

Oh come on, listening to those stupid women berating him over something so stupid and trivial. They are as bad as Glen Beck. I mean my god Whoopie Goldberg and Barbara Walters? Pretty weak in my opinion.

If anyone wants to hate Glenn Beck and think he's a fraud just look at how he treated Ron Paul before the economic collapse while he was running for President and how he treats him now. Same thing with Peter Schiff. Beck thinks both are god and before he was calling Paul a kook and a nutjob. He's a sell out in every sense of the word. What do you expect from an ex alcoholic college drop out. The guy has no formal education in anything except radio and media.

People do forget that like he said he is a Commentator NOT a Journalist of any kind. So believe almost nothing of what he says anyways.

It isn't like he is commentating a baseball game and can make up facts as he goes along, in the venue of his show he CAN and does. People must see the background set of his studio on tv and believe he looks 'official' enough to be giving any news sources as truth and fact.

If you've set out to brand the man (any man) a liar and the best you could come up is this then you've accomplished two things. Namely, proving you put far too much value/worth on the mundane and trivial and as indicated by the evidence proven that Beck is not a liar or at least proven that your aptitude for research is limited at best.

I remember I could have sworn a buddy of mine wore a navy blue tie to a wedding we were at but he tells me it was black. That makes us both damned liars, huh?

If you want to prove the man's a liar do it. Posting this View tripe followed by the imminent trail of asinine "see, look at the Fox shill with devil horns lying" posts only makes him appear that much better.

And for those that don't know, everything they they said was true has been proven false by the producers of the show the next day. Beck may be a rodeo clown but it was the Harpies on the View that where completely wrong in this case!

I listened to Beck for years, and I was even a supporting him through being an insider on his web page. BOY was I wrong about the guy. Right after his B.S. FEMA investigation with Popular Mechanics I tuned him out. I saw what he said about 9/11 Truthers as well...what a scumbag he turned out to be.

No, when caught in the lies they usually spew, they never have a word to say about their misguided mistakes. The producers acknowledged that they routinely have police escorts and have their "needs' attended too on the train into work!

I certainly do not "hate" Beck, in fact he was/is a good entertainer and media personality.

What I hate is the fact that so many people think he is an investigative journalist and expect him to be credible when he is quite simply an entertainer who will say and do anything to get higher ratings, both on radio and television. Truth and fiction are blended in ways to keep people interested and entertained.

I agree. At least once a show he refers to himself as either a recovering alcoholic or a simple rodeo clown! He never refers to himself as a trained journalist but in fact he tells you right out he's just an old DJ who happens to think the way he does! It's the fault of people with the opposite agenda that don't listen that refer to him as a journalist!
Kinda' like those that think Keith Oberdork is a journalist instead of a has been sports reporter!

Yes but the scholarly types with PhD's don't work as an electrician or car mechanic i.e. something they are not. Glenn Beck has no background in anything he talks about or writes about. Most of it is what he "picks up" over the years or whatever direction the wind is blowing at the time aka my comment on Ron Paul and Beck's opinion of the man pre and post financial debacle.
