I think masonwatch works for Hamas of PressTV. All he does is spread anti-jewish or anti-israeli propaganda rather than actually discussing the subject matter.

Look at this thread you started; the US contributes immense amounts of arms, intelligence and money to Israel but when Obama delivers a speech offering peace and understanding you peddle out the standard zionist demonisation of either Arabs or Muslims or both. I went back and listened to Obama's speech again and then read it and I have to say that I have never been so proud of an American president as I was listening to that speech.

It is something that should have been done a long time ago... and he bucked the Israelis to boot.

Whether or not he ever gets re-elected or not... I think that speech in Cairo may very well go down as the turning point in U.S./Islamic relations...

... but and only but if he makes an honest and concerted effort to carry through.

I will do the same with Arabs and Muslims, but I'm probably more right in the view that the Muslim world doesn't want to have this dialogue, and does not want peace between Israel and Palistinians.

He say what is politically convenient depending on who he is talking to.

Of course hes gonna say whats politically convenient, hes a politician.

Why is he even making a speech to the Muslim world? Is he the prostelatizer in chief? Is he the Holy See? The US President should deal with foreign governments, not religions.

And who exactly are you to proclaim that one should or should-not give a speech? Im assuming your credentials are note-worthy, considering the much confident views. Is there a Nobel with your name on it that I should know about?

In case you have never heard of the Khazars, I think I should mention where you can look to learn more about them. In 1976 a book about the Khazars was published by the British writer [a Jew] Arthur Koestler. The book is titled, The thirteenth tribe - The Khazar Empire And Its Heritage. The American publisher is Random House, New York.

History records that the Khazars were derived from a mixture of Mongols, Turks and Fins. As early as the 3rd Century AD, they were identifiable in constant warfare in the areas of Persia and Armenia. Later, in the 5th Century, the Khazars were among the devastating hordes of Attila, the Hun. Around 550 AD, the nomadic Khazars began settling themselves in the area around the northem Caucasus between the Black and Caspian Seas. The Khazar's capital of Itil was established at the mouth of the Volga River where it emptied into the Caspian Sea, in order to control the river traffic. The Khazars then exacted a toll of 10% on any and all cargo which passed Itil on the river. Those who refused were attacked and slaughtered.

The Rus Vikings settled among the Slavonic tribes under Khazar domination, and the struggle between Vikings and Khazars changed in character. See how much time you are spending trying to "prove" this non-sense that jews aren't jews, but huns or whatever. Does that have anything to do with resolving the American/Muslim devide or the Arab/Israeli conflict?

No, all you are doing is spreading this propaganda that is designed to suggest that Jews don't belong in Israel at all. Well forget it, they are there whether you like it or not, and they aren't going anywhere so get used to it. As an analyst you should know that not everything can be found on yahoo, youtube or even wikipedia.

Algebra was developed by Babylonians about 2,500 years before the founding of Islam.

In regards to your comment on Algebra. If you look at the Babylonians it states that researches simply leaned towards the Babylonians as the founders of Algebra due to the "scarcity of sources in Egyptian mathematics" (quoted from wikipedia), if you don't know already, the ancient Egyptians are well known for their mysterious acts and thus a lot of their work were destroyed by themselves if deemed too valuable for invaders to steal.

Another point you should know is that the majority of islamic and arabic history was and still is only found in books and not online. A very old book of my father's about arabic history stated that Algebra was indeed invented by an arab. As mentioned in wikipedia Algebra comes from the arabic word Al-Jabr. Al-Jabr might be the name of a book on wikipedia but Al-Jabr is the actual name of the true creator of Algebra and his full name was Jabr Al Hayan (not sure of spelling), if I remember correctly.

If you would like I will be more than happy to scan the text for you as proof. However, my main point to you is please do not spread inaccurate words around blindly without fully researching into your topic. Again, nothing found on the internet can be 100% true or 100% false. One must have hard written evidence in order to prove anything and if you want to prove anything you must go and read those books, translate and then interpret them. Till you do that your "analyzing' is pointless simply because it is incomplete.
