Tsvangirai grandson dies in pool

news.bbc.co.uk

The four-year-old grandson of Zimbabwe's Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai has drowned in a swimming pool at the family's home in Harare.

The death of the child, Sean, comes less than a month after Mr Tsvangirai's wife Susan died in a car crash.

The prime minister had been at a ministerial meeting in Victoria Falls at the time of the drowning, but left to be with his family.

He had only recently returned to work after mourning his wife's death.

God this guy can't catch a break can he?

First his wife died tragically and now his Grandson has died. All in the space of a month.

I really feel for this guy, he has one of the hardest jobs going at the moment, with trying to cooperate with Mugabe and getting his country back from the brink, then throw in these personal tragedies and I honestly don't know if I could handle it.

Respect and condolences.

Sounds like some strong voodoo to me, people are real scum. he problem is that some of this works, and society likes to mock it.

How anyone does this is beyond belief, and this guy sure has had some ad luck, for challenging the powers that be in his country.

Almost makes the conspiratist in me think that it's an attack on him. He was in the car with his wife wasn't he?

My gut tends to agreed that Morgan's a target and someone's been doing these things to he and his family. Of course, I have no proof and I know he hasn't said that himself in the news I have read about his wife getting killed.
It just seems fishy to me and I love to hate Mugabe(nothing personal, buddy...you just suck).

Well there is talk of foul play regarding the accident that killed his wife.

I'm doubtful the death of his grandson was anything but an accident though...

hmmmmmm he knows something he shouldnt,i wonder what it is.
maybe that mugabe has been purposfully killing civilians for decades for no reason and it pretty much amounts to depopulation?.

hes starved so many millions of them in the past few years on purpose for no reason at all....strange isnt?.
i suspect should tsvangari get into power he will uncover these truths and reveal them and that would amount to proof of intentional depulation that doesnt fit in with human behaviour.

Seems that death by road accident is en vogue for Zimbabwean MDC politicians(and possibly their spouses as well):

Tsvangirai crash cause questioned

The MDC now believes that the man driving the lorry was an ex-soldier who had replaced the usual driver a short time before. According to a senior source, when Mr Tsvangirai's convoy reached a long, straight stretch of road his escort car, supplied by Zimbabwe's Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO) suddenly speeded up and drove on out of sight. Soon afterwards a lorry appeared, coming fast over the brow of a hill from the opposite direction.

Sounds kinda blatant to me...

Interesting find.

I don't know why Mugabe hasn't been dealt with yet.

He is just been chipping away at Tsvangirai for years, hoping he'll break.

But he hasn't.
