The satanis site you've linked to that has pdf files? Well, I've already read a few of them (Satanic bible and Satanic rituals)*. Unfortunately for you, they DON'T actually prove what you seem to think they prove. They're very much the product of the 1960s and 1970s rather than anything that genuinely dates back to any period of history.

I'm not sure how familiar you are with verified 'occult' history but it's actually quite patchy. Next to no real proof of unbroken traditions and lots of evidence of 'reconstruction' and 'let's just make it up' - whether it's the Victorian ceremonial magicians like the Golden Dawn (who never really break free from a Christian perspective), or those that followed like Gardner with Wicca.

This is what's happening here. Big jumps between different things and not much in the way of connecting them. You're claiming to have proof about how it all connects up but you're not actually delivering that proof.

I just want to thanks the above poster for remiding people that I am not just some Satanist looking to deflect from our "true" practices but simply an avid reader of this site that knows the difference between actual history and the insipid crap being spewed as "knowledge" here.

This isn't a direct response to MischeviousElf - see it's pretty easy to get someone's name right, so I don't understand why they couldn't extend that courtesy too, although it does make me wonder what else has been lost in translation here - as, now they've been called on this, they say "I am ending the discussion here".

However, my points still stand. I've actually read the "disgusting and evil text(s)" however, despite what's been said here, the dots don't join-up quite as well as MischeviousElf would like. I'd suggest they read at least something like Hutton's 'Triumph of the Moon' to see how patchy all this is.

The irony of MischeviousElf's avatar hasn't gone unnoticed either.

Well Merriman I thought you would understand the fact of both the spoken and written word have a vibration and power, I never mention that name directly in word or tongue, though talking about others who follow it is a tad different, that's just from my own perspective. About calling you Miriam I apoligise it must of been your old avatar distarcting me!


So having read the text then Miriam without distracting you are admitting it's within the text as part of the said practises!

Why then mention another book, as said and you agree it's in the luciferian Rites enough said and my basic premise.

given all the speculation of the Illuminati sign ,it beggars belief that people in power on displaying this sign,i think they are smart enough to KNOW that the symbol has occult reference's yet it is increasing in popularity among the elite ..now we all know that the swastika was taken from Hinduism, Buddhism and turned in to a symbol of hate by the National Socialist German Worker’s Party ,the same is happening with this occult symbol and i find it shocking that at the very least they have not been asked about why they keep displaying this very offensive symbol..
