I don't know. I don't see any indication on his site that he has given up. It would be nice if the question can be ended once and for all no matter what the outcome is. If for no other reason than to put it to bed. So long as doubt remains, there really is no end.

I have no doubt that Obama is the President, I both the ability to respect the man and to respect the office. But since the question was asked and was not answered in a satisfactory manner or even in a normally reasonable manner, then a doubt remains.

An argument could be made that I am not eligible to be the POTUS because of an old story of Ohio never being officially entered into the union under proper procedure.

The difference as the handling of it would be that I would say, okay let's look into this. Obama pretty much figuratively flipped the bird. That is why doubt lingers. Even publicly stating that Berg and others are out of their deluded minds would have at least been addressing the issue and everyone could have laughed it off.

*Shrug* So far as I have seen, it is just another definition of what 'is' is. If the story is indeed a non-story then so be it. But to hide and dodge the question, only fuels the doubt.

As for the in depth investigations by our various agencies, I haven't seen Osama paraded around by them either. Which somewhat leads to doubts of their competency as well. Of course they may have found that he was not a citizen and in the interest of national security gave him a pass to prevent the #storm of civil unrest and catcalls of anointed for yet another 4 years much like Bush was.

The climate of attitude in the country is worsening. The FUD about the economy and multiple bankrupt states indicates that there could very well be millions of unemployed, hungry and well armed people wanting answers and solutions and have no concern over Obama's or anyone else's birthplace.

Removal of Obama from office for what some may think as a minor infraction isn't going to help that attitude at all.

But I stand by my point in the first post. Berg doesn't look like he has given up. Obama has not made any effort to clear the issue up. So I say that until it is settled once and for all there will always remain some doubt.

Obviously it came to an end... propaganda in that nature does not last for long, especially when its from the elections. Presidential elections always bring out these conspiracies regarding the main candidates, there is always some conspiracy, and to be frank, the conservatives are the best at spreading rumors accross the net.

The birth certificate conspiracy was BS, and the folks behind it had a number of things in common, either they were anti-liberal or they just hated Obama. With these individuals having a common dislike and a common anti-liberal agenda, its beyond me how any rational person can believe these conspiracies without first recognizing the personal agendas behind it.

I can recite the American, Indonesian and Kenyan constitutions from the 60s as a result of hour of bickering with these folks .... oh well maybe it will come useful if I find myself in court in any of those countries and yes all the references these folks posted were either purposefully propaganda websites or laws that were improperly or misleadingly referenced.

When your lying about another individual, whether it be subconsciously or on purpose, or on an assumption, sooner or later to truth will put it to end, like water to metal....

Careful. To me it appears the obamacrimes.com domain has been hijacked and redirected to obamacrimes.us

I am researching the domain through tools, and there is funny stuff going on....

Woah. Ok rewrite. Phil called me back again. The deal is that it apparently has not been hijacked, and his web person is in the middle of working on it, although he is not clear quite yet what is going on (because he was in his car at the moment and couldn't get on to look at it.) I apologized profusely for bothering him this late, and said no prob, I was not bothering him. He's actually quite pleasant and straight forward.

He did assure me however that the case is, and I quote "ALIVE AND WELL." When I asked him when we can expect an update, he said by Tuesday, "how's that?" I said "great".

He also said he has been sidetracked by a death in the family and that another family member just had an accident and got burned real bad.

So there it is. It is not over. Yet.

Also, to be clear why I stated that his site had been hijacked is because I asked point blank if they had changed the domain over to obamacrimes.us and he told me NO they had not on the first phone call. Therefore given that information I thought it had been. Clearly Phil is a better attorney than he is a webmaster. *sigh* We'll know more soon.

Edit again to add: I also asked him about the Michelle Obama tapes and the African Press International claim that they were going to release the tape unedited in the states, and he said those people turned out to be full of it, basically. (jeez, amazing what all you can learn in 3 minutes on the phone).

Look kiddo, Berg is a fraud, and if you had just looked into the history of Berg with getting media attention and the histories behind the folks spreading this crap, you will actually find that they all have a personal selfish agenda behind it.

Now I know you may have been vocal about believing Berg and what not, but when reality bites, it aint a good idea to continue denial. t doesnt matter what Berg says to you, the BC rumor is dead.
