In 1964 at the Vandenberg Base USAF former officer Lt. Bob Jacobs PHD captures a UFO on film shooting a potential plasma beam at the warhead of a missile in test.

Watch the video
The video shows an animation of what happened and bob jacobs talking.

Anyways if this did actually happen then...
Why would they do this??

Maybe seek to invade Earth at some point or to prevent us from killing ourselves & the planet.

Or maybe it's a message that they won't allow us to take nuclear weapons in to space.

Could be quite true! have you ever seen a video on youtube about the Colombia space shuttle? apparently a ray of light was seen before it crashed. Almost as if they dont want us in space either... just a speculation though.

Could be, although it may of been a dummy missile? even so they probably dont want us messing with weapons of any kind in space. I also heard about how a UFO was spotted above a Nuclear base and it disarmed missiles they were about to launch.

This has been discussed at length here:

There's a 4 part video of Bob Jacobs and others on Larry King.
