I'm having an issue with U2Us and I don't think I've seen in addressed.

It shows up with new messages even though there there are no new messages in my inbox, and all of the outgoing ones I have send have been read.

If someone could tell me how to fix that or point me to a link, I'd appreciate it.

Read the last message. It's a new message sometimes, even when it doesn't show as new. If someone goes into their outbox and reads it, it shows as read in your inbox too apparently. If that doesn't get it to go away, save or delete the last couple of U2Us. That should work.

Thanks but that didn't work

I think there's a thread around here somewhere about it.. I think anyway. I think the general consensus was that it's a glitch or a bug and that deleting old messages fixed it. Have to poke around and see if I can find the thread I'm thinking of.

It could be. I will try that in a bit. Thanks.

Found it.

U2U button stays red but I don't have any new messages

Someone sent you one and capitalized the first letter of your user name. You have to delete or save that one to get the red box to go away.
