Definitely sun dogs. Sun dogs require more than just ice crystals in the atmosphere. There also must be a vertical or near vertical wind to align them properly. This is why this phenomenon is so rare. (actually, despite what wikipedia says, my understanding of sun dogs is that it doesn't even really require ice crystals, but can occur when there are ice crystals OR water vapor in the air, so long as there is a vertical wind.)

The glow is just atmosphere breaking up the color spectrum. However, the orb on the left is where Nibiru Planet X should be in the morning. A man in Chicago and one in Devon UK filmed the same thing this month. As for bunk, the Mayan calender uses the Nibiru arrival as the end of an age. In this case we are at the end of the 3600 orbit of Nibiru which is what we should see in the sky now. It well documented in Mayan and Egyptian records. It's not the end of the world. It's a planet that we have forgotten about because it shows up once every 3600 years. We lost a lot of knowledge when civilization fell into the Dark Ages.

Yes....it is a sun dog....the "rainbow" is caused by the same type of light refraction. It's beautiful! If you didn't know about sun dogs, I can see how one would think it is a sphere...it really appears round, but it's only light.
