I'm also an American Soldier. Been so for seven years. I love America. Never said it was at the top of "my list".

I'd say North Korea, honestly. That comes from being stationed in SK right now. The way the personality cult there has basically ruined those people is disgusting.

I prefer to think that there are elements of evil throughout all countries.

I think everything is naturally in a state of nuetrality and when acted upon by free will, then is used for one thing or another. Things such as guns and swords are not evil for existing, no amount of bellyaching can prove it... the gun does not act with evil intent, however as soon as a robber grabs the gun, it becomes used for evil.

Countries are much the same way. An area of land we'll call Untopiallia by its very existence is not evil. But. The leader of Untopiallia decides to starve his/her people for the sole purpose of keeping the food for his/her family and their children and their top military advisors. This causes the population to revolt. The leaders of Untopiallia decide to take blame off of themselves, they start spreading lies about another country on their planet and therefore, makes the population hate the other country. (Which brings forth the whole evil is perception thing.) So, the citizens and lower military of Untopiallia decide to start sabotaging the other country and killing its citizens.

So - a random person on this world who watched these actions would be prone to say Untopiallia was their top Evil Country.

But - you are right. Evil is everywhere. That's why there are good men and women out there too. We must work together to bring justice and order to the world.

Well, the only way I could look at this is to ask, which "free" country (or at least psuedo free) is the most evil. A country that is fascist or under control is not free to shine its true colors. Amongst those that are free, the US and UK rank high, and sort of mastermind the rest.
