my friend, at 5 you DID NOT know what sex was nor COMPEHENDED it. You may have known what your genitals were and it felt good to touch but stop. You are not providing a devil's advocate nor are you providing a decent arguement. Just shut down and go to bed. Your posts are blatant and unfounded as well as offensive. As a Christian, I have to say, get your head out of the hole if you think this is something that is only happening recently. Young children have been horribly sexually taken advantage of for years and years and years, this isn't something new or part of the "tribulation" and it's insulting to the victims of these crimes to attribute it as such.

I hope this opens up the way for more life sentences for pedophiles and such. Enough of this evil stuff has taken place and people should be aware

What in the world??? What the hell is in some people's minds? This has to be an act of insanity or possibly the result of some kind of abuse. You think you have heard it all......

This is absolutely appalling. Everything inside of me wants to type what I really feel, however, I dont want to break T&C.

The tolerance by our Justice System for this type of evil behavior has got to stop. Grant it she got "life"....And I agree that the sentence does NOT meet the normal sentence for this evil behavior. And it seems men who do this get off way too easy, as do repeat offenders.

But her getting life in prison is an easy way out too and not good punishment IMHO. She will have too cushy of a time in prison. Too many things to make her stay there as comfortable as possible. Disgusting. Hopefully her husband suffered a very very painful death and is being tortured for eternity somewhere in the afterlife.


That poor little boy. I hope and pray that this horrible experience has not screwed him up and damaged him for life

I was watching "Sons of Anarchy" the other night and this episode dealt with a local being raped and beaten by a stranger. The man was caught, beaten, gagged, then they took what looked like a whittling knife to his sack. They opened him up and let his "boys" drop to the ground. After, he was tossed aside like garbage.

Yep, thats the correct punishment. Only, I would do so near a hospital so that he could have survived, if he chose to, to live with his daily reminder.

As to the punishment, I havent heard any rumors about how they treat female rapists and peds, but even DOC officers and inmates will all tell you that a male Pedi or rapist gets their true justice inside prison. They are marked from day one and do not live a very comfortable life, if they live at all. Combine that with the stigma of having to report in and know that no neighborhood on the planet wants you living there and you can see how that one single act can completely ruin the rest of your existance.

Are you kidding? Do you have any idea at all how bodies work? A 5 yr old does not have the physical maturity to produce the necessary ingredients for procreation, let alone the mental faculties to understand it.
By law, anyone who is underage cannot consent to having sex.
While the age differs from state to state, it is univeersal that 5 qualifies as underage.
Morally, it's beyond the scope of my imagination how anyone can condone this atrocious and despicable behavior.

When I was in south east asia I remember my wife telling me that in some provinces they skewer you alive and set you on fire for child molestation or rape.
That is to say impale you I guess through the anus stand you up on the pole and have a cook out. True or not I dont know but Im sure being witness to such an irritating death would put most pedophiles off the idea. I have a 4 year old daughter and to me she is still a baby I have an impossible time trying to visualize a baby consenting to sex.

as far as the ladies sentance life in prison,. I suppose it is sufficient under the circumstances, its the judge who determines ultimately where and for how long. I would suspect that some judges who only give a year or two to men have a guilty conscience for thier own possible perversions.

But I agree everyone deserves equal treatment when it comes to this kind of crime, and there is such a thing as a righteous killing.

It makes it even more disgusting that the act was videotaped, who knows who all might have seen that tape, it could have been sold off into child porn or something like that.

Unfortunately unless that young boy gets intervention and serious counseling he very well may end up messing with young kids himself if he was made to believe it is an okay thing to do.

And for the "person" who said it may have been consensual, you really need to think before you write some crap like that. There is a reason for the laws that require consent to be made when one is old enough to understand what the #### they are consenting to. Do you even understand how badly children can be hurt and maimed by sex before they are mature and grown???

I looked, it seems as though she hasnt been sentenced yet, but she is facing the death penalty.
