My dad was a pretty big 311 fan back in the day, that was BEFORE i was 'coincidentally' born on March 11, 1994. I never looked for a reason, or even thought anything of it...ever since i can remember that simple number 311 has followed me. (or guided me) 50% of the time my eyes landed on any group of numbers, 311 just happened to be there, in my face, plan view. My dad used to sing 'Love Song' -311) to me, that was pretty much the only time he ever expressed how much he loved me & how special i was. As i got older, i started noticing the correlation between repeatedly seeing that number literally EVERYWHERE I WENT & how it made me feel, what it meant to me.
Both my parents are pretty out their; all i'm gonna say is my dad lives on 40 acres of desert in nowhere, AZ. My mom is a content 40 year old DJ. They both drink a good amount & they love to get high & express themselves, you have never met parents crazier than mine. & I <3 em for it.
My mom's advice for me has always been GO WITH THE FLOW of life. Always look towards the positives as i enjoy every day of my life, To stay true to who i am. & As I grew up in such an open-minded environment I learned more & more about myself everyday. (i STILL don't even know who i even am let alone what i wanna do with my life, but eventually, idk when, what, where...but 1 day I'm gonna make an difference) My mom has told me ever since i was a little tot that i was a 'crystal-child' ...? Who knows wtf that means, my mom's crazy but WITH IT if u know what i mean. To this day I find that a little weird way to describe me, but so far what she's told me been proven true so far, so i owe that to her. You can just tell she knows things ya know? I would ask her "What does that mean mom? And what about Nathalie? (my older sister by 1&1/2 yrs) Isn't she your crystal-child too?" And she casually replied: "Nathalie is special in her own ways, Lauren, but you have a gift. And sometimes it may feel like a curse, but you can use this gift to a great advantage one day. You're extremely smart, and you have alot more to learn. Grow from your mistakes and never forget that there's a reason behind every mystery in your life. Even the tiniest things you never pay attention to will have an impact on your journey one day... when the time is right, you'll see the correlation, but for now just live your life doing what YOU want to do, enjoy the unknown, it can get pretty exciting. Respect the flow. See where it takes you, ride that wave of life girl and learn to love what the universe has in store for you. Many people will come in and out of your life, attracted to your energy & your presence of undying happiness, honesty & generosity, some may be thrown off or disturbed with your intense energy, but they just don't understand in the moment, they may not be ready to appreciate you yet, But never look at the sense of loneliness you experience in a negative way.. you'll learn to love being with yourself, sorting your thoughts and learning the miracles of the synchronicity to come. Remember that every second of your life, you're where you need to be, even when it seems to be the worst hardship imaginable, you're always in the right place at the right time. Nothing goes un-noticed up there. The universe is always watching over you & guiding you to where you need to go, Good Karma always never fails & you'll be rewarded for your perseverance through it all. Just know you have something special to you, everyone can see it in your eyes too, so keep up with your ever-growing potential to make positive impacts in lives, eventually in the world. I don't think anything special of myself, i wish i could say i'm living up to all my mom's HIGH hopes for me, but I have such a low self-esteem from being so generous only to get walked on, used,& taken advantage of...but then i see 311 again, & i smile at the unknown, i can no longer deny the evident synchronicity. That number aint no coincidence, it's just a quiet reminder to stay true to who i am (: & to keep giving of myself & spreading my knowledge to those who are lost. It keeps me smiling (:

I CANT deny the sychronicity of that number, 311 constantly appearing everywhere i looked, the importance/meaning it adds to me & my life. in moments where i'm totally distracted with something 'more important' too. But you couldn't have put it more perfectly, that number is a wake up call when i lose track of who i am & why i'm here. I always knew i was special in a way my, throughout my lfe people have told me how much i brighten up their day when they see me. Personally, i have such a negative outlook on myself from being taken advantage of my natural generosity and automatic trust in others, seeing the good in everyone & always giving ppl the benefit of the doubt only to get used over n over...but everytime i see that #, i am reminded that I AM here for a reason... .my WAKE UP CALL to stay true to who i am and never give up or change for anyone. i know, sounds crazy how my self-worth depends on a simple number, but if only u knew what it meant to me, Thank-You friend (: i need the validation.
