The thing with Casino Royale is now getting very interesting.

According to the official James Bond site Daniel says: "Does it look like I give a damn?"

Best Line
Bartender: "Shaken or stirred?"
Bond: "Does it look like I give a damn?"

www.mi6.co.uk...

According to the director Martin Campbell Daniels says: "Does it look like I give a damn?"

Martin Campbell: No, I think all the obvious things are there, like he wins the Aston Martin. He gives the ingredients to the martini, "Shaken or stirred? Does it look like I give a damn?" Just throwing it right back.
www.movieweb.com...

One person on the Internet wonders the same thing with others as in his Casino Royale Daniel says: "No".

"In this latest movie James Bond is ordering a Martini - however when asked by the bartender if he want's it Shaken not stirred - Bonds answers "no". Can you find the exact dialog between the bartender and Bond?"

"There is some disagreement among sources about the exact wording of Bond's line. In this interview, director Martin Campbell says "Does it look like I give a damn?"
answers.google.com...

So we have now four different lines said by Daniel Craig in Casino Royale.

"Do I look like I care?" (this one I heard in the theater in 2006 and it is confirmed by tons of official and user reviews on the Internet)
"Does it look like I give a damn?" (this one is confirmed by the director Martin Campbell and tons of official and user reviews on the Internet)
"Do I look like I give a damn?" (this one is on my blu-ray and it's also confirmed by tons of official and user reviews on the Internet)
"No" (this one is confirmed by one person on the Internet)

Are reviewers hearing-impaired? Are we talking about different versions? Or...four different timelines affecting the lines said in Casino Royale? I haven't found any official statements about different versions related to the Vodka martini scene. You decide what's the truth.

I believe something has changed indeed and that's why I'm posting here. I need all of your help to get to the bottom of it
www.abovetopsecret.com... believe points towards a massive water conspiracy and
I've also a thread called Atrial Fibrillation. Which I believe has something to do with TPTB manipulatin frequencies globally effecting everyone.

I believe both tie in with your thread.
Can you all share your knowledge please?

Hmmmm interesting. Unfortunately I tune out when James Bonds Movies are playing (Not a fan) and though I probably was in the room a dozen times that my Hubby was watching Casino Royale, My mind was most likely not in attendance...lol. This is crazy though if more people start to notice this and the fact that there's actually evidence left from all the versions online, WOW.
That could be the proof we so desperately have hoped for.

It would be great if more people started to notice these timeline changes but I think it's going to be very difficult because in general these changes tend to be very tiny, perhaps a slight difference in a scene of a movie and then it's easy to say that you remembered it all wrong or that it's just a different version (which may also be true). How many is interested to spend his time finding a paranormal explanation when he encounters something odd which can be explained quickly with common sense?

If you have to choose a timeline change or bad memory you are more likely to choose the natural answer which is the bad memory, because no one wants to believe crazy, unnatural things or sound crazy (though sometimes the truth may be crazy).

We just want to live our normal life in this illusion and we don't want to hear about anything that can break that illusion. But if our maps continue changing like with NZ and Australia it's very possible that at some point people can't deny these changes anymore because they are too big and obvious for too many people. Maybe the year 2012 is going to be the point where we have to revise our view of reality.

PS What's wrong with James Bond? Isn't he every woman's dream man? You know, cocky and funny.

Not into action films, but my main reason is my dad= BIG FAN and ME= Hate my DAD!!!!!!!! Therefore Me=HATE JAMES BOND....I know it's a bit childish ah who cares?
Anyhoo, I dedicate part of my time exploring and researching this topic of alternate reality shifts/etc. and I am going to go back through this thread and start charting the dates and times people have these "Shifts" so maybe I can correlate them to certain events in our world...like LHC and earthquakes, whatever. It will be extensive, and could take me years but I find this topic just to interesting to put down!

Just to add one small, but odd thing. On the other day I was looking some book from our big bookshelf and I suddenly saw all shelf full of old science books I was looking for all summer. I can swear there were other books on that shelf and I looked several times. I thought that old science books are taken somewhere else. And then suddenly they were all there, on the place I looked and that is seen all the time. I´m usually rather sceptical, that every lost thing means timeline shift, but this one striked me.

This is freaking me out.

I was watching "I Am Legend" starring Will Smith last night. It came on at midnight on TNT. I made a post to ATS on a thread recently briefly contrasting the three films based on the novel "I Am Legend" by Richard Matheson:

"The Last Man On Earth" starring Vincent Price
"The Omega Man" starring Charlton Heston
and
"I Am Legend" starring will Smith

In the thread (I can't remember which one) I related how I thought the version that most closely matched the novel was "The Last Man On Earth" although it suffered from a very low budget, and that while the Will Smith version of "I Am Legend" was very well made except for the CGI vampires, my favorite version was still "The Omega Man".

With me so far?

OK. So when "I Am Legend" started I remembered posting the above somewhere on ATS (I don't post anywhere else), and thought I'd update my thoughts about the Will Smith version. I spent an hour searching in vain on ATS and on Google for the post I made by using most if not all of the key words that should have brought up a search result directing me to the thread in question. And after scanning all the results, my post is simply not there. There are threads that talk about these three films, but none of them contained my post. It wasn't off-topic. I think the thread I'm referring to was about apocalyptic films or vampires or zombie survival plans. Something like that.

For instance. Using the key words Charlton Heston on the ATS search brought up a number of posts containing his name. But not mine. I checked them all. I also used a combination of the names of the films, the stars, and the abbreviation CGI. Zip. Nada. The empty set.

SO... have I experienced a timeline shift. WTH. I can't figure this one out.

Your post was made on the "Corporate Wars" thread at 1.14 pm (GMT), on 7-12-2010 (you would probably call it 12-07-2010), and it is still there.
You may find it again in the following way; click on your "my posts" link. Follow them down until you find one of the "Corporate wars" posts. Click on that one, and then click on your "posts in thread" link, and follow them down until you reach the post in question. That's the method I used (except that I went through the "view posts" link in your mini-profile); it's a better way of finding one of your own posts than using "search".

Actually, come to think of it, you should have an even quicker method available. Once you posted, it ought to be among your "subscribed" threads.

I would like to post something new on this thread.

My DAY of Birth has changed. My entire childhood I was told I was born on a Sunday. I was raised in a catholic family and was given books about the day you were born and what angel is associated with it.

I have believed my entire life I was born on a Sunday.

How did I figure out anything different? One of those - things that happened the day your born- websites.
Wednesday- said I was born on a Wednesday! I mean I get thinking im born on a tuesday and then find out its wednesday . Now i put in my birthdate in google and it comes up with the day- Wednesday as well.

I called and asked my mom what day I was born- she couldnt remember.
I double checked my birth certificate which is original- my day of birth is not on my birth certificate.

So either my family was and is ignorant or the timeline changed. But i have several other timeline change proofs in my life that ive also discussed on this thread- so i think its timeline change.

Bit confused, you said first of all that you thought you were born on a Sunday, then you go on to say that a website tells you it was Wednesday, then you say you thought it was Tuesday, but it turns out to be Wednesday?

And these websites are notorious for being wrong, mine is, and my daughter's is when we've put them in, probably due to different time zones etc

No time shift for me folks. Just a little bit of the old computer generated stupidity. Nothing to see here. Move along. Move along.

Thanks Disraeli.

I meant, that if i had grown up thinking it was tuesday and it was really wednesday- 1 day off than i could understand why my parents and i as a child were mistaken. However growing up thinking its Sunday and its really Wednesday is a pretty unusual blunder for my parents to make. Google says my birthday is also a Wednesday.

Ahh, right, I understand what you meant now. I'm surprised that your mother can't remember though. Does she not still have the book you mentioned? I can remember the poem "monday's child" where all the days of the week have attributes for the child and I have joked with my daughter about it being inaccurate because she is a "Saturday Child" but trying to get her to do anything away from her computer is a nightmare! So perhaps there has just been a misunderstanding, e.g. your mother saying "you are more like a Sunday child" because of all of the days of the week, Wednesday's is a bit depressing.

Here is the link to the poem

Mondays child is fair of face,
Tuesdays child is full of grace,
Wednesdays child is full of woe,
Thursdays child has far to go,
Fridays child is loving and giving,
Saturdays child works hard for his living,
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.

I haven't reopened this thread in some time because I have nothing to add to it, but today I decided to see what's new. I read the post about Casino Royale and had a chuckle. My wife recently bought the dvd for me. She said it was in the $5 bin and thought I'd like it. It's been sitting there for a week staring at me. I'll watch it now and post the quote for you guys. For the record, it is a dvd (not bluray) and there are 2 discs. One says feature film and the other says special features. I suspect there are alternate takes.

It's funny how I had no real interest in Bond films, but my wife buys me the movie, then I find the thread and I finally have something to share in it.

"....do I look like I give a damn?...."
This was the quote in the movie for me.

I guess observing your reality altered mine.
That happens sometimes.

That's not Casino Royale that's Gone with the Wind. Two different movies similar lines.
