No problem!

Try that Flaming Dr. Pepper I suggested a bit earlier, and you'll be back on the right track.

I assume you're talking about a Flaming Moe:

The Recipe:

The drink is made up of Tequila, Schnapps, Crème de Menthe and the secret ingredient: Krusty Non-Narkotik Kough Syrup. Once the liquors are mixed, the drink is set aflame.

Far be it for me to correct you.
So which will it be?

There is a method the the madness that is the Flaming Dr. Pepper.

First you take an ice cold mug and fill it a little more than half way with your choice of beer (lagers don't work well with this).

Then take a shot glass fill it 3/4 with Amaretto and carefully top with Everclear. Set the shot aflame, carefully drop into the mug of beer, and then chug it down.

Beware, this isn't a sissy drink to be sipped.

Edit to add: As for the Flaming Moe, drink at your own risk! I'm sure Springfield's ER team is more than equipped to handle any mishaps!

Amaretto and Everclear, and you call me nasty, why not add some Averna and go all the way..

I guess the previously posted picture of Moe was a red herring.

You know, it's all well and good to pick on SDog.
I thought you guys were my friends.
I put my heart in my hand and offered it to you.
Does it make you feel better to kick Sdog around?
If it does I'm happy to oblige.
My wife always tells me: "you're too nice and give too much, that's why your heart always gets stepped on"
I told her maria and memory are like that.
I give and I give...

I actually love you guys too. And I'm being serious.
You probably know more about me than anyone other than Mrs. Sdog.
She actually know it too, that's why she won't register.

Do you believe that I got more happy birthdays from strangers at ATS than I got from my own friends. I love this place.

Mrs. Semper wont either....

She appreciates the joy I have found here and the friends I have now, but no interest in the topics I'm afraid...

I've tried to tell her there are BTS topics she would love, but to no avail...

Do my eyes deceive me, or is my sharp-witted friend attempting to play the victim card?

I enjoy this place for its eloquence, intelligent conversation, smack talk and free booze.

May I suggest drowning your sorrows in a nice cup of milk? Perhaps something from W. Virginia might do the trick...

Are you sure it's that and it's not that she respects you and wants this to be yours?

I am way luckier than her. She's the best friend I ever had, and she knows the most important thing a partner can know in a marriage, what questions not to ask.

Let me tell you guys the deal.
We used to live in NYC, I was in the night club business and was a partner in a venture capital business. One day we decided that we were both done with NY and the rat race.
I sold out all my businesses and interests, basically retired and moved to DC.

Two years went by and I was bored doing nothing and was feeling the pressure to do something just for the sake of it. Which is the worse reason to do anything!

Then one day, by chance, I found ATS. And it saved me, it stimulates my brain, and I have made true friendships. If it wasn't from ATS I'd be in my night club right now bored to death, learning nothing, and miserable.

You guys are my home.

Thanks mate.
There is something quite different with the dynamics of ATS.
There are very few "real life" situations when you interact with people and you don't have the "what do they want" filter on.
ATS removes that dynamic, so if and when you connect with other members, there is a built in trust and appreciation.
I really value that.
