FBI Mistakes Judge's Graphic 'Fantasy' Tape as Recording of Torture, Murder

www.foxnews.com

Tennessee judge resigned last month after making a recording of fantasies so lurid that when the tape fell into the hands of the police and FBI, they thought they were listening to a torture session and believed it might be linked to a murder case.

Ultimately, investigators brought no charges against Circuit Judge John B. Hagler, and police said Wednesday he is not a suspect in any investigation.

But the sensational case has led to allegations of professional retaliation, interdepartmental intrigue and strategic news leaks.

The recording was investigated by authorities more than two years ago, but its existence did not come to light publicly until just a few weeks ago, and details on the contents are only now coming out, at a hearing that began Wednesday on whether police must release the tape.

You know, this really infuriates me and I will tell you why. This judge, after the tape was discovered, was still allowed to sit at the bench and rule on Child custody and divorce cases!!!! I mean are you serious? This disgusts me and I am so glad that someone leaked this. It is time, as Americans to take back our courts and put just individuals behind the bench! I just went through a rough custody battle myself, where my son's father ended up getting half custody of our son. This is after he threw my son into a ceiling where he sustained a concussion, he also was involved in pornography, child cartoon pornography and believes that beating women is OK. That is just the beginning of the mess my son's father is involved in- and in the end I was the person in the wrong and he was the better parent. Even with all the proof I had on him-documented proof. so.....

All in all this doesn't surprise me because of my personal experience, but enough is enough. An individual like this should have never been allowed to rule on any cases! We all really need to do something to take our nation back!

I am sorry to hear about the situation with son's father. When you are in a position of power and hold other people's lives in your hands, there is a certain code of conduct you must stick to in your 'regular life'. It's amazing not only the morbidness of the judges actions, but the stupidity. I mean, c'mon, you're a judge, not an actor.

Anyone else think this sounds well quite stinky? Like someone is covering for this guy, like Foxnews and people in the FBI? Maybe the tape is not just a fantasy.

I am starting to wonder if our country is ran by a bunch of weirdos. Kind of like Eyes Wide Shut meets Hostel.

I think that quite often...Also reminds me of the movie 8mm...where the rich can buy and be involved in literally anything.

**************

Hagler was relaxed and smiling at times during Wednesday's hearing. He said during a break that he had not heard the tape in the hands of police and could not be sure it was the one he recorded. "I hope it's my voice," he said.

I dont know. I dont even know what he looks like, but I can picture a real evil smug on his face while saying this. I bet the dude is a real sicko.

Im sure some will say "his personal life shouldnt affect his professional life". In some instances I would agree. But something like this. How could such a sick and twisted private life NOT affect your professional life?

I know of a pastor who was involved in stuff like this. He has never been held accountable for his twisted private life.

why can he not be both ???????????????

ok - having got those replies out of the way , one thing does disturb me greatly

the claim that he has not hear the in police possession tape that is alleged to be his , or even to know if it is his tape

WTF ?????????????????

i would like to know how they " investigated " the tape to determine that it was a fantasy recording

i have no law enforcement / investigative background - but if i ran the zoo - i would have interogated the judge to comell him to explain to my satisfaction every questionable segment - to determine that all the actors were still alive / unharmed and that all questionable noises were just acting / special effects - and to provide evidence of how it was done so that i was convinced that it was a fantasy tape not real

but what do i know ?

Yes, to your question. This does sound stinky, to me. A lot of outright criminals at work, inside and outside of the government, and how else would thet get away with it?

You know I read your reply three times and could not understand any of it.

Perhaps you were so overcome with emotion that you just typed without looking.

Anyway, yeah this case smells. Why would the judge say 'I hope it's my voice'?

Judges... they are human too.

Yep, even Judges, Presidents, CEOs, everyone...

We all have sick and twisted thoughts.

It is natural to have them, for they... exist.

So? Someone wants to have sex with animals, while at the same time they enlist to fight a war for their country to protect "freedom" ....

Come on. Who cares.

Actions speak lounder than words... or fantasies.

People ARE "weirdos," don't forget, or else you will be living in a very strange world.

This is especially ironic coming from ATS, where most members would say, "OMG INVASION OF PRIVACY" to someone investigating.

haha. What a bunch of goons.

ERm. I cannot understand how his sexual preferences effects his judicial standings. I mean, if you believe your self so self righteous that everyone should be at your moral standards to hold a job? And seeing as there has not been any complaints except this one, which to me appears to be political sabotage, I would say his sexual preferences have not interfered with his rulings.

And of course, you can talk about your kids dad all you want, I honestly do not see any relation at all. Your upset that he got half custody, which is a miracle to begin with as the system favors the females to begin with, so perhaps either what your saying is hysterical over exaggerations or not, either way, regardless, you put your self in the situation and thus your son. Not the judge.

Pick a better guy next time, and try not letting your emotional feelings and hatred be pushed onto anyone else.

/rant.

PS .. I would say it is safe to assume that most people in their private life do some .. odd things. I don't know why your post irritates me so much, perhaps it was just the self righteous attitude projected.

Ah, and perhaps we should install public web cams in public officials bedrooms. This way, we can judge their capabilities on their favorite position to which they "get their freak on".

This post leaves me scratching my head confused. I'm sorry but this just sounds like someone who is angry at what they perceive as an unjust legal system because their ex-husband got half custody of their children, but that has absolutely nothing to do with the posted story of this judge. The OP sort of hyjacked and derailed their own thread with misplaced anger.

I got a problem with this, first this judge recorded his fantasies on tape?.

Fantasies

so lurid that when the tape fell into the hands of the police and FBI, they thought they were listening to a torture session and believed it might be linked to a murder case.

I don't care about morals and sins but this tells me that this public figure that happens to be a judge have some sick fantasies and it needs some mental help.

Why? Because it doesn't fit your own personal view of normal? I understand that people tend to believe in this preconceived notion that there is a 'normal' when it comes to sexual behavior - and those people believe that 'they' fit into that normal category - but anything that does not fit with what 'they' do is abnormal and therefore deviant or vile and those 'types' of people cannot make good life decisions but that's a sick fantasy all in itself.

No, just because he was so much into sick fantasy that needed to record himself.

This bring the issue as the state of mind he is in how much of his time was dedicated to his personal fantasies, when fantasies become realities that is a danger point and very unpredictable.

For who the fantasies were recorded for, for personal enjoyment while in the working place? or for somebody else to hear them and become part of the fantasy.

The man is mental unstable and that can cloud the decisions he made when it comes to dealing with other people's life.

That is why he had to resign.

I do see what you are saying and tend to agree.

I really dont care what consenting adults do behind closed doors (and probably wouldnt want to know about LOL)....I guess I was more focused on some of the crazy things that really do go on w/ non-consenting persons and kids.

Grant it, it doesnt talk of this, but that is what I was thinking about when responding. The whole 8mm movie stuff LOL

I guess I also responded like I did because of some things I know that have happened with people I know and a person in a certain position. It did affect his professional life, as he couldnt separate the 2.

So because he recorded his fantasies he is mentality ill?

Wow, Everyone take note of what marg6043 says. We all must conform to the exact same generic carbon copy of each other. Same looks, same thoughts, same sexual fetishes or else we are mentality unstable. That is pretty much the same psychology that gave us forced sterilization, the McCarty era and the Republican party.

I love fantasies and made them too, but hell I am not going to video tape them or record them so somebody can get hold of them and used them against me.

I got control of my fantasies, they are private and to be shared with somebody special close to me.

But obviously the poor old judge let the fantasies take hold of him, now is for everybody to see.

And . . . he may have wanted to be this way trying to find help for his problem.

We may never know.

Are you admitting to being not only a fetishist but also clinically paranoid?

I am assume about as much about your character as you are assuming about this judge's based on the same scant evidence.

Well taking into consideration how personal the issue of this judge is becoming with some members I guess I will leave the issue to rest, because is starting to get into a dangerous territory.

Personal preferences of sexual or other type of behavior is not well taken in ATS.

Have a good day people.
