Freaky/Weird animals thread!

Hi people. I want to make this thread so that everyone can show different rare animals that look really freaky or weird that a lot of people might not know about. So it would be very interessting since a lot of people know different freaky animals, so if we share we'll get many results^^

The problem is that I can't start with one, because I don't know any. I'll just put one that I had no idea exsted from another thread

Well I think that anything and everything from the deepsea is freaky and weird.

I found this really neat picture of an alligator gar. As you can tell, from long exposure to the sun its skin has turned red. It's holding a fish which it will eat later
