Actually, there was a French Adoptive Rite called the Order of the Palladium, and Taxil based his hoax upon it. Albert Pike was not a member.

The Palladium issued two degrees: Adelph and Companion of Penelope. The degree work was based around Greek mythology, especially the story of Jason and the Argonauts. Some information on the Order can be read in both Mackey and Coil's Masonic encyclopedias, and if memory serves, A.E. Waite mentions it in his Masonic encyclopedia.

What about SION?

One of my friends found in his grandfather's attic an old book(very rare,i've heard that there are only a few copies) in wich were written the principles of SION and it sounded like that:

-We control everything you see,hear and know
-Every information leak gets out because we let it out
-The media is all ours
-Our connections are endless,throughout the world
