The BBQ sauce is so light that it simply compliments the pizza but does not overpower it.

My adaption would be ricotta, parmesan, mossarella, spinach, mushrooms, oregano

My favorite pizza:

Really crispy crust from stone or brick oven, some blackening on the bottom.

Tangy red sauce

Fresh mozzarella

Spicy Sausage

Onion

Basil

Sprinkled with 1/2inch strands of freshly grated Parmesan

and

Red pepper flakes

w/ an almost frozen beer in a frosty glass.



call me old school that the above is heaven to me.

Hands down, Pepperoni pizza...
