Mmmmm...that sounds good!


Brick oven pizza with fresh sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese (the real white stuff), pepperoni, fresh basil and garlic, maybe some sausage and olives...not much more than that.

There is something about the word moist that has me ROFLMAO. Has to be one of the best words in the English language.

Pizza: ummmmmmmmmm, dribble... dribble... dribble...

Thin base, strong passata, multi-coloured peppers, chillies, several cheeses, olives. Served cold with a few good bottles of red.

Don't like meat on a pizza, strange, go figure!

I used to own a major pizza franchise, and the best I ever had was a thin crust with beef, mushrooms, shimp, pineapple, and ex cheese.

After its cooked lightly spread it with bbq sauce.

Thats my 2 cents

Chicken and pineapple pizza makes me, as Lysergic so elegantly put it, moist.

But a kebab shop up the road from me makes the best meat pizze ever, doner meat, chicken, sausage, pepperoni, bacon and something that I think is pork but could be anything.

Lush.

I have just invented/designed a completely new style of Pizza. I shall call it......

Piezza


Instead of pizza crust; lay out a flour tortilla on a cookie sheet.
Next, ladle on a thick layer of salsa
next, slice up 2 oscar Meyer wennies and place on the salsa
Crumble up a small package of corn chips of your choice. I like Fritos, and sprinkle on the first stage of the Piezza.

2nd stage.... The CHEESE

Grate, crumble or slice THREE of your favorite cheeses on the surface of the pie.

Final Stage.............

Spell your name with jalapeno slices on the top of the Piezza for that personal touch.

If you are going to share this creation; Be sweet and spell your partners name with the jalapeno slices.

Nuke for 2.22 min.

Serve with a chilled Malt Liquor like Bull Dog or 400.

If you suffer from ulcers don't read this post.

Flour under the crust, not oil.

Sauce with oregano, garlic and tobasco sauce.

Top with Italian sausage, onions, hot and Jalopenio peppers, pepperoni, pineapple and black olives.

Mozz and Parm cheese.

Cook well.
