Well, it's not only america that don't want north korea, iran and syria to have Nuclear weapons, it's the entire world. These countries kill without any remorse their own popullation, so honestly it's totally natural if UN don't want these country to get such weapons. Where most country disagree USA is when it comes to choose the "way" to deal with the "axe of evil", america usually tends toward millitary "solution". I agree fry that Iraq could have been resolved with spec. force.

I have to agree with you. Let's ask the Iraqi people what they think, we don't live there do we? I have no idea what they think over the yelling of left of centre critics in the developed world crying about American Imperialism.

On the other hand we had Socialistic Totalitarianism and these same people say nothing. It is the double standard that I find so hard to understand? Do these people fear the loss of their soft government jobs or power given by ideological political parties?

I would be the first to admit that capitalism has faults and I often criticize it. But it has also ensured a decent standard of living for most of its citizens and a high degree of freedom too. The restrictions we have seem more to to with those that do not like our system and hate it and thus put SANCTIONS on the back of the freedom loving capitalistic states.

I dont have any problem with US preventing other countries from owning WMD's. I dont see how having my own country as the dominant force in the world is a bad thing. Loyalty to your country first, to the world second.
