Hey could someone help me with this - i cant seem to upload an avatar - been through the ATS handbook and i still cant get it, any thoughts? is it restricted for the first few days, weeks? Also my time zone keeps resetting to Uzbekistan or something stupid (no offence to anyone form aforementioned nation ) rather than GMT - this anoys me greatly!

About your avatar

Post here the url to the avatar you are trying to upload, so I can determine the problem.

Most common problem is that the avatar dimensions exceed the allowable size. Should be 160 pixels wide x 320 pixels high MAXIMUM, AND 75 kb filesize or LESS.

As far as the timezone, other members also have this problem, esp. if they are in GMT time zone. But, I can't reallly help there.

edit to add:


There is at least one member who found that the time setting really does update to GMT, regardless of what is displayed in "Account Settings"

BUT - as I have no trouble with that feature, I cannot verify it.

Also, anytime you make a change to account settings, you may have to reset the time as well. But again, I cannot verify this.

Ok thanks, strange about the GMT... Yeah i must have missed the bit about height/width everything else, filesize etc. works, cheers.

Now without going in to Account Settings, check the time that you posted your last post here...

Does it match your actual current time, give or take a couple of minutes?
