Last night we posted a story on Amy Weber not liking the backstage atmosphere within WWE. We're now hearing that she gave her notice to WWE head of talent relations John Laurinaitis.

She apparently chose to give her release when the boys in the back were 'just being the boys' and she was not a fan of any of it. At times, some of the things the guys do in the back can rub women the wrong way and she has fallen victim to it.

We've also been told that her notice hasn't reached the WWE higher-ups yet but it is known she is not happy. Weber's bio still remains up at WWE.com but she did not appear at the weekend house shows.

Amy Weber is starring in some cheapo Sci Fi film for theatrical release or cable - so maybe she's thinking of pursuing a film career. Hope her acting is better than we've seen in WWE

More details have become available regarding Amy Weber's final days with WWE. She gave the company notice while WWE was in Japan and opted to buy her own plane ticket back home rather than travel with WWE to the Alaska "Super Show."

As reported, Webber was upset about the ongoing ribbing she was getting from WWE wrestlers. The situation hit a boiling point when wrestlers found out that a strip club in Japan was using a photo of Webber on their ads and claimed that Weber's services were available for the right price. Weber claimed that they used a photo of her without permission.

Weber was not well liked backstage to begin with, as is the case with many of the new Divas hired from the RAW Diva Search. Weber demanded a whole row of seats on flights to herself due to a sore back over the past week while many other wrestlers had to endure the grueling flight schedule in a coach seat. One of the reasons that WWE gave Webber what she demanded is because WWE has made it a habit to give a lot of the former models/actresses who now work for them the same perks that they got in their previous jobs.

Of course, this has drawn a lot of heat among the wrestlers who don't get the same perks.

This is the actual stripclub photo that was being passed around the plane by WWE superstars. The superstars had a great time making fun of Weber with it, but she wasn't laughing. She apparently plans to sue the club and will file a lawsuit against them shortly. She denies ever working for the place but the guys were still ribbing her on the flight to Anchorage. When they arrived, she told them she was done and flew herself home a day early. At last check, they were still trying to work things out. Her bio has yet to be removed from the WWE site as they hope to resolve the issue and keep her aboard.

it said, alot of the new divar arent liked when they first join? what you think, is this about looks before talent perhaps? the wrestlers are all talented, you dont get in the shape they are without really trying. maybe its a sexist industry lol. it sure sounds it

Amy Weber is not going to return to Raw at this point. She recently quit WWE for what was thought of just to be some ribbing of her about a strip club flyer that she had appeared on. It turns out, there was more to the story, as Weber suffered an injury earlier in the week while practicing for a match. She was in much pain on the way home, so she asked for a trainer to assist her. Two wrestlers approached her and made fun of her for needing assistance, after all they have to go through to get to where they were. Then she decided to spread out and lay down over an entire row of seats which was no big deal because there was plenty of room on the plane, but when she did, two wrestlers poured a liquid substance on her. This physical abuse apparently is what really upset Weber. As reported earlier, JBL, was one of the wrestler's who was ribbing Weber about the stripclub flyer, but has since apoligized to her about the incident. After reaching Alaska, Weber bought her own ticket for the rest of the way home, because she was so upset about the flight from Japan.

Right now, Weber's lawyers are still discussing the best way to resolve this matter.

i can see why she is upset, too massive guys acting like that, it bad enough if it was a diva doing it, but for two guys, it would be like a situation she cant do much about.

well.. at least he apoligized but another case of many of the wrestlers being big headed and shady guys

big show gave him a right going over yesterday night but jbl still managed to win he got more lives than a cat that bucko

yer, he won again, am sure i read on another thread thats hes been the champ the longest in years, something like 7 months? but is to fight another guy at wrestlemania and its looking like he will lose that fight.

it would be good if amy weber comes down in a bikini and distracts Bucko and then he gets beat
