To Live Again

There is nothing let
A hollow grave of nothingness
Without meaning there is no life
But I keep breathing the air
Though there's nothing there
I am hoping for somethin'
My lungs breathe the air
My soul is suffocating
It has drown in the darkness
Unable to see the light
Unable to live nor exist
My body lives, it's a hollow shell
Entombing a dormant soul
Waiting to be freed
To live life once again
To fell life flowing through my soul
My soul will be resurrected an live
And finish a life once so beautiful
Now so dead and decayed
Buried deep inside me
My soul will have a second life
A life to live again
I await the day
When my soul returned
To live once again.

Living Dead
Something I thought long dead
Came back to me today
It was not yet gone
It stayed in me, all this time
Like a puny flame
Ready to be snuffed out
But it kept on burning
Burning unnoticed and unseen
Not being felt, not the slightest touch
Then it returned to me
Made itself felt, made itself remembered
Unexpectedly it came back to me
My ability to feel and remember
My life and soul had returned to me
Like a warm burst of wind
Coming without notice
But bringing memories long forgotten
A feeling long not felt
A feeling of life again
I felt this for the first time
In a very long time
I opened up my soul
I let the feeling seep into me
Felt it flow through my veins
Like a gushing flow of lava
A rush of life that was long lost
The feeling I thought I'd never get back
And never feel again
I held onto the life pumping through me
Feeling the feeling of life
Before it flew of leaving me
Holding it as long as I could
For I did not know when
I would feel life again
If ever.......

Fearing Death
I come to steal your soul
Maybe while you sleep
That is my goal
Maybe you'll go to hell
But I don't care
But that's my job, oh well
Tormenting you while you sleep
It's you I'll take
Soon you wont make a peek
Fearing me, I don't know why
I'm coming for you
You're going to die
Maybe today or tomorrow
It's the way it happens
I have no sorrow
Fearing me day and night
I'm having fun
Causing you fright
When you talk your voice is horse
You're so frightened
I have no remorse

With this pain my soul will fight
All this pain is making me mad
Now unable to even be sad
The pain hit me with an unusual strike
This pain I'm starting to come to like
I like it's feel, I like it's sight
Even if it causes me such fright
Now I hope it does not quite

Take Me On A Hearse Ride
I was born into this
Life with a curse
I'm about ready to die
Gonna take a ride in a hearse
So tonight when I go to bed
I'm gonna go to sleep and
Hope I wake up dead
I will die in the dead of night
So when death comes, I'll go

Now that I'm dead I go to the morgue
They'll take me there they'll
Throw me on the chopping board
Cut me open and look inside
All they want to see
Is just how I died
Now I walk around as a ghost
In the dark of night now that

At the morgue they sewed me up

I'm holding onto life

Take a walk through Hell
The place of sin and filth
Death is what I smell
Blood, death, and torture
Torture of Hell's souls
Damn, what a pleasure
With each step I take
I feel the horrid burning
The burning of my flesh
The pain is so intense

I should love or hate it
But it doesn't matter 'cause
No matter what, I'll be
Here in thee infinite darkness
Forever, for all eternity
Sitting in the depths of
The scorching inferno of Hell

Pleasurable Pain
Bleeding soul of agony
Bleeding from the pain
From deep inside of me
The torment is dreadful
But sometimes pleasurable
The pain rips and slashes
Me and makes the soul ache
Weak and tired from the torture
But I now want more
I'm finding the pain pleasurable
Though it hurts and
My soul is dying
I've come to love
What I once hated
Living my own personal hell
Hurt my soul and make it swell
Once a man without a life
The pain cuts me like a knife
But odd enough I need some more
On me the pain will pour
At my soul it rips and tears
It's I this pain tries to scare
It does not succeed
But it does not fail
Scare me the pain does not
But gives me that pleasurable pain

Love the pain
No more sorrow
Live for today
Then die tomorrow

Sucking in my
Very last breath
Going for a ride
Here comes death

Going through the tunnel
Ride through the light
Now it is death
My life out of sight

Death came knocking
Time to begin life anew
The end come right
Out of the blue

Through deaths tunnel
Here I will go
I will enjoy
I take it slow

Arriving at the death's
Door I give a knock
It opens up
And in I walk

In my final destination
I have now arrived
Forever in eternity
My soul will survive.

So far, imho, this has been the most poignant of your dark poetry.

Why?

Because of its simplicity. Death is not some mysterious process, but instead something all mortals share. It's as common as a birth.

What truly takes the bite out of death is the knowledge that it is only a portal through which we must all someday go. It is feared by those who disbelieve in soul and spirit, but accepted by any who do.

For one, it is hopelessness, for the other a great promise.

Personally, such knowledge makes life worth living, no matter what hurdles may confront me, for I can then accept difficulty without fear.

Then I Bleed

Grab the blade
Make me bleed
I cut myself
With great speed

From this pain
I must go
Then I bleed
Watch it flow

With the pain
I live no more
Through the sky
My soul will soar

Now that I have
Cut my vein

Now without pain
I am now alive
Into my death
I took the dive

From this pain
I have salvation
The feeling of death
Was a great sensation

To my death
I will roam

The Voice
Inside my head it does mumble.
I try to ignore put I fumble.
In my head it's always there.
It's the voice I can hardly bare.
It will torture deep in my head.
Until the day that I'm dead.
It drives me mad, it drives me insane.
Of my life it tries to drain.
No more longer this I cannot take.
In my mind I have to much ache.
In my mind do I bleed.
With the voice I do plead.
For it to stop is all I want.
In my mind please do no haunt.
All my life I wanted it to go.
Until the day it delivered the death blow.
Here I lie, I am dead.
To another the body the voice has fled .
I have mercy on their soul .
I pray they don't pay the same toll.

Fade Away

Fade away, fade to black
Now that I can not come back.
Now that my soul's gone away
In this world I cannot stay.
The choice was not mine to choose
Wish it was something I could refuse.
There's no use, I will not pretend
Now that things have come to an end.
Wherever I end up, wherever I may roam
I just know that I will end up home.
Everything seems really black
But I do know I'll be back.
Where I end up I do not fear
Now it is time for me to disappear.

I Cry Tears Of Blood

From my eyes they do flood
Many red tears of blood
Bleeding eyes from the hurt
Running down staining my shirt
All this time I cannot sleep
My very soul it does weep
Bloody tears they do flow
When death comes I will know
All this pain and this hurt
With death I love to flirt
Kill me now, kill me soon
Dancing along with deaths' tune
Soon with death I will collide
Through the sky I will glide
Until then I will cry
