Im not a pothead but the chickens could eat hemp seeds and we would need a growing room to grow food.

I might also add that the Marijuana makes a good antidote for chemical weapons, such as sarin gas.

I think the beer tap is a lousy idea but would go for a sound proof bar and designated drinking area. Maybe even a designated cafe on one floor of the silo with designated drinking times. Like a happy hour? The designated are could be for smokers too and have a hepa filter.
