Seems like it is linked to the Siege of COnstantinople in 1453. This was the ultimate sabotage that led to the domination of the Ottoman Empire.

I tried the black groups too. My mind/heart isn't into this like the last time around. perhaps because of the slow pace to begin but hopefully I'll get into full on scour mode and find something useful. odd since I am not busy at all these days.

venetian blown glass issues perhaps.

Venice also encouraged the Ottoman Turks to advance against Constantinople, which was now controlled by the Paleologue dynasty of emperors. When Cusa and his friends succeeded in reuniting the Roman Catholic Church and the Orthodox and other eastern churches at the Council of Florence, the Venetians tried to sabotage this result. The ultimate sabotage was the Ottoman conquest of Constantinople in 1453, which was assisted by Venetian agents and provocateurs. Venice refused to respond to Pope Pius II (Aeneas Silvius Piccolomini) when he called for the recovery of Constantinople.

Found this on a couple of sites.

The clue to locate the game is on ATS.

There will never be off-site clues.

Okey dokey, so all the clues will be here on ATS and not another website.

I stumbled on something and figured there was another game going on.

For those of you who remember the game last year - the one no one solved that im aware of, here we go again.

I have found that several members have a Last active date of 1-1-1970. I think this is one big clue that will take a lot of time. If I am wrong, oh PLEASE tell.

Anyway, here is a list of the ones I have found so far.

mehernosh47
wanekula
daughtermayati
m47644
Chitauri
slim01
CrisisXXXX
gilsims
randycs
LookinFerAPod
sasa55
little_miss_tipree
Ashes
manojap
ekimdrachir
Dane1

I am wondering if this is one of those put them all to gether and skip a certin number of letters to find the code or what the eye wants.......you know the "bible code" way.

been reading this and getting a headache

www2.let.uu.nl...

perhaps we should try the timeline approach. the answers are related so it might be easier to see the years in which these things happened, starting from the first question.

This is driving me abosolutely f'in crazy... I wonder if I have inputed the correct answer and missed it somehow... The clues only show once to my understanding.....?

*sigh*

I will most likely be an expert on the fourth crusade by the end of today. (all in vain might I add) Just like I became an expert on sumerians b/c of the FTR game. lol

I predict endless hours of research that will aid me in learning alot about things i didn't know previously in my near future. None of this research will aid me in winning the game, however. lmao

Well I'm drawing a big fat zero on this one, I can find no reference to sabotage other than the fall of constantinople.
