Yep, it's all on! Pack an umbrella, it's going to rain soon!

Interesting... I wonder if that is it or some other natural event?

Which way is this going to go? Off to the UN debating society for a few months of "talks", or will somebody put their foot down and administer NK a firm slap on the wrist.

One part of me thinks nothing major will come of this, another part thinks this could light the touch-paper. Guess all we can do is monitor the situation and keep our fingers crossed

Latest from FOX: DPRK notified China 20 min. before test and China then immediately told South Korea, Japan and the United States.

How fast can you make another missile, of course assuming that he does not already have more.

That would be a rather large coincidence, no?

If It is indeed true,
it is going to make the Iranian nuclear issue 10x harder to resolve.

We cant pick and chose who to bomb, especially when they are BOTH part of the axis....

Nkorea has had these weapons for some time now... why wait so long to test?

Could this of been an Iranian bomb? tested by the koreans for the iranians?

What are Iran going to say about this also

I think the real question is, how fast can they buy another nuke. I'm still a little skeptical of their ability to build their own.
I'm sure they've bought a couple though. From who is another good question...

I believe that this was an underground test, and not a nuclear tipped missile.

...Experts say that Pyongyang is developing long-range missiles to have the capability one day to deliver a nuclear bomb, but that it is years away from acquiring such a weapons system.

Will probably have to offer China something in return for them putting a leash on NK.
One scenario.

I'm sure we have plenty of Trident and Minuteman missiles ready to take out every square inch of North Korea. The only problem is what about China and South Korea?
