It's a 12 second clip from a cell phone cam relooped a couple of times at slower and slower speeds. Just what do you think this is?

I think it's a plastic bag, too bad it's not the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

Take any camera of that quality, film anything for over 20 minutes, and I'll show you an alien or a UFO.

Around the end of the vid, it looks as though an 'ET' type creature is walking towards the area being filmed.

Don't know what to make of that.

Couldn't see any background info on the vid, nice to have a story to go with it.
