thats not a horn growing out the top of his head its a mini party hat

Seriously though i doubt the skull picture could be the result of genetic mutation as the horns are perfectly matched suggesting a period of evolution. I dont think it is a one off, like previous posters i believe (if indeed it is real) it would have been a species rather than a genetic mistake.
