Keep a strong organism by joging every day, I too have health problems, with my heart, sometimes I thought it was going to pop out of my body, since I
started to jog daily I found it helped me not only phisicaly but also from a psihological point of view, it relaxed me, not only that It helped me but
it took my mind of the problem, sometimes I just went in the middle of the night and i started to jog for hours.
I recomend you start easy and build up in a week and see how you feel after that.
Don't spend too much time in bed and don't let it get to you, try to stay in motion as long as you can.
It's important to stay fit.
