It's been hovering around the 99 pence per litre mark here in the UK since the Israel-Lebanon thing - that's about USA$6.88 a gallon.

Obviously it hasn't hurt enough people to make them stop buying.
Arkansas gas prices as of April 2008 are currently $3.27 a gallon. Hasn't gone up much in 2 years granted it's not July yet. I predict $4.31 a gallon by then for you folks down in Arkansas.

My bike has been reconditioned, now I'm working on my body so that when the tank does hit $4.00 I can remain strong about my actions and start riding at $4.00 a gallon, as that's my personal limit, I'll be using the car for things that will allow me to fill up maybe. once a month, maybe once every two months.

I know this is an old topic, but I wanted to look into the past and jot down some info pertaining to two years later'ish.
