Preliminary Draft of a World Constitution

University of Chicago Press

Published 1948

92 pages - clear digicam photos of original.

Photos assembled into .pdf Portable Document Format

Imagine a world where we would be presided over by the "Chamber of Guardians". Sounds benevolent, huh?

This document is only 92 pages, but it's quite revealing. On page 8 it refers to "eminent domain" where private property can be seized "as may be necessary"... A transcript of part of this book is available on the Internet, but curiously it's NOT COMPLETE and important parts of it have been ignored completely.

Now check THIS out that was left out of the Internet transcripts:

"The Draft Constitution of the Committee is not presented as the utopian picture of a perfect and supreme human society, a super-Platonic Republic of the World, but, on the contrary, as a realistic proposition taking into account the extant realities and forces, against the utopian assumption that a minimal World Government, practically a police World State, could be endorsed by a working consent of the human race, with a billion Asiatics subscribing to racial discrimination and the uncounted starving millions made happily law-abiding by the "security" that, sheltered by the World Government from aggression and war, they may tranquilly starve further."

I think what the authors mean by that is that a more elaborate and bizarre form of dictatorship is necessary instead of a a mere totalitarian police state - and they have it designed and ready to go if only the people would appreciate their efforts...

You might want to tell the folks here about one of the main authors and head of the committee that wrote it, one Robert Hutchins.

Generally he was a member of the "New Left" movement who were far left on the political scale. Mao Zedong, Ho Chi Minh are examples of who the New Left thought as role models.

Really communism plays very little role in any NWO theories (At least as far as I know) as they tend to go more to the fascist side of the political spectrum.

I'm surprised this did not get more replies.

I couldn't believe this was real made by real people for a real purpose as opposed to a "story" we read on the net.

I'd say!

It appears to be a common occurance that when something comes up on here that proves either the NWO or 9/11 inside job the skeptics tend to just ignore it and hope it goes away.

Which brings me to another major point. I'm skeptical by nature aswell. I'm skeptical of 9/11 because the Bush administration has done more to coverup the incident then to actually prove what really happened. All the administration relies on is what we saw on cnn and hope we don't question.

This is interesting, good find. Can you tell us where you found it and who wrote it?
Was this an American document. It is starting to look as if the NWO has been around since at least 1948. I'm willing to bet it's before then, too, i.e. National Security Act in 1947, which made us a national security state (permanently at war, which we have been ever since then pretty much.

Even since the formation of America the idea of the NWO has been floated around. Thats why Ben Franklin's quote about freedom and security never made any sense until after 9/11. And whoever made the decision to call North America the New World.

I can't wait until the whole thing gets blown wide open and the mask is unveiled because there is going to be alot of the unexpected and unthinkable. I don't know whether to subscribe much thought to the Reptillians theory however with the obsession of dragons in the Royal Family and in Masonic symbols it just make you wonder.

Me thinks that before it's all over there is going to be alot of weirdness unveiled. Can't wait...

How does this prove 'the NWO'??? Its a book written by some people who wanted to see a one world government. It doesn't mean that there was an actual plot and attempt to create it. No one denies that there have been people who have advoctaed for a one world governmnet, or that internationalism and globalism exist. The question with respect to the NWO is, is it a plot by a single organization from behind the scene, to establish a global totalitarian state?

HG Wells was, I beleive, one of the first people to write about it, and may infact be responsible for the term itself. He wrote a book advocating the creation of one super-socialist utopian internationalist state, called the "New World Order". Reaction against this book is probably about when we start getting NWO conspiracy theory. Whats interesting is that, nowadays, most people see the NWO as a far right organization, or as being made up of globalists, which is antithetical too the idea of it being socialist.
