Take a look at ATS, PTS and BTS.

Check each of the forum names and its brief explanations.
You post what you think can fit into any of these.

Just keep it clean and don't be abusive, but say what you want. The Mods and Admins are nice enough to knew members, so if you post somethign in the wrong place they'll move it for you.

Odium's got the right idea. Check the various forum indexes, under each forum there will be short description of what is acceptable posting for that forum. Go in and read around a bit, then post away! And, don't forget, you can always u2u me or any other moderator.
