Wow I knew it was bad but they're shooting at anything that looks like Police? Why?

At a gas station near me there was a sign on the things that said out of regular, only ultra (which happens to be the most expensive) but the news people were able to get 6 gallons of regular. I guess the state is going to get into this. Like there will be state officers at that gas station...
