This whole 'We should fight fairly and above reproach' is just plain bull#. Rules of War?? What rules...good on ya for playing by a 'rule book'...but sucks when your enemy ain't playing by the same one. All you end up doing by that is stiffling your own effectiveness.

The key word here is "suspects", these are people that, in many cases have not been proven gulity of anything. How long before the government is torturing "suspects" here at home? Anti- abortion activists after a clinic bombing, patriots after the government blows up another of its own buildings etc.
