Smoked Salmon AKA Lox on a bagel with cream cheese. Pure heaven.

AGHHHH WHY DID I READ THIS THREAD!? I'm trying to lose some weight. I gained like 8 pounds in catalina! I'm almost up to 190 now, and I wanna get back down to 175. I just got back from a 3.5 mile run, was feeling good, now I see this! I think I might go get a Mountain Dew...and make a burito...
