It's morning on my part of the planet so I went across the street to Tim Horton's.

I got a bagel and a medium coffee, and I put a nip of scotch in the coffee when I got home.
But hey, it's freezing out there and the scotch is for medicinal purposes because I have a cold right now.

Sliced tomato and cheddar on toasted whole wheat bread, and I added a little Dijon mustard to spice it up a bit.

Plus one sweet red pear to top off my meal.

Homemade redbeans and rice.

It was the first time I made it without using a box/mix and OMG was it good! Goodbye Zatarain's

For Sun morn breakfast, I just finished some french toast with 3 slices of bacon.
