Same thing I said on this thread.

The similiar appearance of all the anomalies points to a lens or software artifact. Balloons, saucers, etc. would be shaded differently, not the same pattern from top to bottom.

Looks like a sphere made in Photoshop with the Gradient Tool and
Gaussian Blur.
I could be wrong however.
