You know damned well that the US taxpayer will get stuck wthi the bill. The federal gov't will take on more debt against your and my and our children's futures and pass it on to them to "rebuild," while the majority of that money will go into some politician's or warlord's pocket.

It was nice back when the Jews handed it over to them. There have been close to 20 years of rot, so what are we really talking about here in rebuilding?

I believe the land should be assigned as a No access land, meaning leaving the area without any habitation for the time being, until proper screening of the future habitants can be made to rule out more terrorist moving into it.

Plain and simple, clean the entire area and then make sure the ones moving in are not terrorist.

Then open centers for the elderly and needy palestinian citizens and the young an able can go somewhere else and find a new way of life.

I heard America have an open border and welcome terrorist free housing, education, medical care and monthly check, all free thanks to democrats.[

Because the Suez Canal is slow. It's single file one-way traffic in places. Did you see what happened when the Evergreen turned sideways?

The Ben-Gurion will be huge by comparison and will allow for traffic both ways at the same time.

Seems they throw more than stones. When the Jews left Gaza they even removed the Jewish graves, everyone and everything, and the area was left very functional back then. It was a here you go have at it, this land is yours now. Come forward we see how it all has gone down. The people are not there to help themselves or make their lives better. The Muslim countries around them do not give a rat's ass about them either. If they do not want water from Israel then get it from Egypt, you know that country 1 foot to the south?

When Israel gave up the land 100% they also gave up all responsibilities and burdens too. The reality is that Gaza is as much Israel's burden as it is for Jordan and Egypt.

As to pissing in their water, I think that brings up what is taught in Gaza to hate Jews. "you know the Jews hate us so much they piss in the water you are drinking right now"

Here is how Gaza gets their water which is about 50% of what they need. The same for electricity they get about 12 hours of it per day on a good day.

Three seawater desalination plants that can produce around 7 percent of Gaza’s clean water needs.
Three pipelines from Israel that provide around 13 percent of Gaza’s water needs.
A system of about 300 wells and boreholes from an aquifer below Gaza, treated by small desalination units.

So 3 pipelines from Israel for 13% of their water, how do people piss in it?

Israel gave up all of Gaza, so it is independent of Israel.

Well I am sure that all those donations send by terrorist sponsoring countries and the UN that includes US, it will be plenty of money to rebuild, that if, the Israel take the head of the snakes hamas leadership, living in comfort, security and luxury in Iran, then all the accounts can be confiscated to rebuild Gaza.
