Simple. Speech and thought are more dangerous to those who hold the power. A man raping a woman is unlikely to steer people away from what is the correct thing to think in the eyes of the government.

Was that a "parole board may decide if they release him AFTER the 4 years", or was it a "parole board may decide to release him BEFORE 4 years"?

The thought of either answer seems a bit wild, for differing reasons.

Their messed up attempt at logic is... a rapist effects one or two people, words can stir up millions to hate others. The idiots in the just-us system really don't give us much credit, but then what can one expect from puppets and pinheads? It is interesting though if you actually apply their "logic" to the idea of financial crimes by politicians.

A crime like robbing a person, one year.
A crime like robbing a person and killing them, 10 years.
A crime involving robbing a bank, 5 years.
A crime involving robbing a bank where someone gets killed, 20 years.
A politician involved in fraud/treason/financial crimes destroying millions of peoples lives and killing tens of thousands, they should be executed on the spot or least have a nice "family friendly" public execution.

They like to use that "family friendly" moniker when they are talking about perverting and grooming kids to get them ready for the political whores and pedophiles, so what the hell right, we can use it too?

I don't think we should be tolerating this political BS for much longer, I see a reckoning coming, a nasty one. It wouldn't surprise me if people go rabid and we get "Le French Revolution 2.0" worldwide. People can only take so much BS before they eventually snap and the higher the tension, the harder the snap.

nor would most gun owning republicans even take part in such a thing.
