Always intimidating for others to follow.

From a literary standpoint this is a prose efficianado's dream because it incorporates simultaneous use of alliteration and onomatopoeia.

The interior 10 train cars

Each car is composed of:

Literary device line
Description line
Incorporation of the word train.

I kinda feel like the dream train chugs along in a 3/4 time signature.

I never planned it as you described. I’m not a natural poet and this just started off as a spinoff of a conversation in the WSF2023 contest. I literally threw down the first two stanzas and saw a pattern appear. I kept the verses short so that, in my mind, it ‘sounded’ like the rhythm of a train.

In all, it’s been two weeks in the making… a lot of head scratching for the rhymes. Finally, I made life even more difficult for myself with the weird formatting; ATS’s BBcode parser has a mind of its own and would not collaborate.

I never participate to intimidate… if my contributions don’t provide pleasure, evoke humorous or melancholic emotions, and/or prevent others from participating, then I’ll just step aside and just help from backstage for as long as required with my artwork, which, believe me, is much more relaxing.
