When did Pence attempt to obstruct justice?

When did Pence violate the Espionage Act?

BAMN

And give him the sympathy of the majority of Americans who distrust the government more than trump.

They are going to deserve exactly what they get out of this.

18 USC 793 is the Espionage Act. What they're saying is that Trump either sold or just gave state secrets out to parties that were not authorized to be in possession of those state secrets.

As I said, the Espionage Act doesn't give a f*** if Trump tries to claim he declassified those documents. If his actions injured the national defense, he's going to jail.

Assuming the vote occurs tomorrow, that means we'll possibly get confirmation as soon as Friday when the judge unseals the indictment.

That timeline certainly fits the standard SOP of dropping major news on a Friday afternoon.

I'm definitely going to be interested in hearing how long Meadows has been cooperating and whether or not he was the informant that led to the search warrant.

It honestly just hit me how important it is that Meadows took a plea deal.

The evidence the DOJ has is significant enough that Meadows' lawyer, George Terwilliger, turned to him and said we can't beat this. Terwilliger isn't like Trump's lawyers that he's hired off the TV and from parking garages. Terwilliger was one of the top prosecutors in the country and a former acting Attorney General. He may now be the preeminent white collar defense attorney.

If he's telling Meadows he can't beat the case the DOJ has against him, then he can't beat it. And if the crimes he's being charged with are related to Trump's crimes, then I think Trump should be very scared right now.

And the fact that he is still going to face some charges. Not a joke. They had very serious evidence.

From your link:

an attorney for Mr Meadows, George Terwilliger, denied that to The Independent. Mr Terwilliger said that the idea that his client would enter any guilty pleas was “complete bulls***”

Got to love what you bring here.

More headless magistrates?

I know what the act is. I am showing you that the grand jury is not being asked for charges based on anything classified but this ENTIRE thing was about classified documents. It has nothing to do with selling secrets. This is all a fantasy that you are learning from the state controlled media.

Injured National Defense. Remember Afghanistan?

Illegal possession of classified documents was always only one of three crimes that the DOJ was investigating. Violating the Espionage Act was always the most serious crime that was being investigated.

If they aren't pursuing the illegal possession of classified documents charges it probably means they have slam dunk cases on the Espionage Act and obstruction charges and they don't want those cases getting bogged down with the inevitable arguments that a President can declassify documents with his mind that will need to be decided by the Supreme Court.

No, it means they have nothing on the other cases. They are grasping at straws....

And Meadows took a plea deal because he thinks having a criminal record will help him pick up chicks.

The DOJ's conviction rate is around 90%. They don't move forward with charging decisions if they don't think they're going to win.

Looks like Bidens dam has burst, the fbi caved and will bring the requested document unredacted to the House committee.
They will need cover for Biden so up to the trump smoke machines.

But in addition to breaking news that Meadows allegedly has accepted a plea deal, The Independent reports Trump is expected to be indicted under a portion of the Espionage Act. NCRM has not verified either of these reports.

Allegedly and expected...

That's funny as you've insisted for months on defenses and claims that Trump's attorneys have never presented or claimed in court as you always seem to know more than Trump's lawyers. Maybe he is following your example.

On a serious note though. Did you notice what his attorney did not say? He never mentioned the immunity deal.

Terwilliger would not be allowed to reveal whether or not his client took a plea deal without his client's approval. And even then, a condition of the federal may be that Meadows can't reveal anything about it until the trial.

Much like the beheaded magistrate, this comes from your link:

I would wager you newly christened “immunity deal” is the same “complete bulls****” the attorney discussed in the article you brought.

No worries

Tell that to the person who brought that information.
I know it’s bulls*** just as the attorney quoted said.
