This was just on the news this morning Sunday Tokyo time 6:00 a.m. in the morning.
So apparently this fire took place yesterday in Russia.
Apparently I don't know it was on Japanese news and most likely wasn't oil line pipe that exploded and the fire was humongous.
I just checked the internet for news but nothing showed up yet sorry guys I really hate to do this but I know you guys are pretty computer savvy.
And all the time you guys been able to back up what I posted with current links and really I appreciate it too and it gets everybody else interested in following up on the thread.
But what I could see on television that's out in a big open field I have no idea what location in Russia it is at the present time.

Well with the weather warming up in that part of the world now Russia actually might just get around to start doing some damage real damage.
Over here on the television we I don't know what you guys get in America type news but a lot of this what we get is independent news is that it's local by the local journalisms journalists that both in that area and it's not broadcasted worldwide either and it looks like it's not really one-sided it shows both the Russians killing and it's pretty horrifying actually.

But by all accounts it really looks like Russia is really in a position to win this war.

I think with the weather getting better Russia may soon realize they bit off more than they can chew.
There are reports of Wagner forces fighting Russian federation troops over supplies.
If that is true then Ukraine can just sit back and let them kill eachother.

This is what scares me. I don't think Putin is the type to go quietly. As soon as he feels like he has no way out he will escalate this to an all out war. This is a life or death scenario for him and if he's dying he's taking as many as he can with him.

He is testing who will join Ukraine first.
At that time if he feels it's time to attack that he definitely will show the world that all nations of great power have the ability to defeat with the will to defeat in the end.
It's the will not the military power but the will to defeat your enemy.

They really arent, but on the flip side neither is Ukraine, without an actual logistics arm russia will never be able to conquer ukraine we have already seen that at the start of the war when they had kiev within reach and ran out fuel.

Don't forget the leaked pessimism of the US Intelligence, that Ukraine can deliver an offensive that can chase Russia back across the border. It's the same US intelligence that has mostly been spot-on this whole time.

It's gonna go into stalemate mode and that favors the side with the largest army and the ability to hold on to the territory

Yeah, there's a lot of reports of that. And then there's Prigozhin asking Russia to end the war in Ukraine and saying that without more shells and ammo, Wagner may only last a few more weeks.

FWIW:

2 days ago - 27 APRIL 2023 Gunther Fehlinger, Chairman of the Austria NATO non-governmental organization (NGO), publicly revealed today, the West's "plan" for Russia: Broken-up into 41 new, autonomous countries! There wouldn't BE a "Russia" anymore. Russia's response was simple: If there isn't going to be a Russia anymore, then there isn't going to be a Europe or USA, either.

TBH, I've been trying to figure out the REAL reasons behind the confrontation, and this makes more sense to me than anything else I've heard so far.

While we focus on 'today' our world leaders are looking 25/50/75/100 years down the road and where they want to direct (herd) us.

Oh well. It is what it is. If you can change it, why worry? If you can't change it, why worry?

Besides, opportunities for one to earn his seat at the table in Valhalla or not abundant in this day and age.

forgot one thing, while yes russia can destroy the entire country fairly easy, they can barely advance with the forces in the field without a fantastic improvement in logistics.
