It is a stretch, given if you read the actual artical in the OP's link and i quote...

In the film, Fauci was seen seated at his computer writing what appeared to be an email while a canvas print of his face hung on the wall nearby.

A framed photograph of what appeared to be his face was spotted on a bookshelf behind him, and a Dr. Fauci bobblehead was seen on another shelf beside an image of his daughter.

So he has a painting of himself, and by the looks of it, its more than likely a gift from someone (thats usually the reason people put up paintings of themselves), he has a bobble head (and as you said, anyone who found a novelty item portraying themselves who wouldnt want to own one) of himself, big whoop about that honestly, and a 'what appeared' to be a photo of his face (but ignore the uncertainty put forward in the article on that, because thats what you do right?)... but yeah the OP then completely ignores mention of the photo of his daughter...

So 1 confirmed painting of himself off to one side outside of his viewing angle, one 'potential' photo and a bobblehead... and a picture of his daughter, all in a rather messy cluttered office.

Hold me back folks his narcissism is making me crayzie, im so livid! This temple to Fauci is an abomination!

The breitbart article was nothing but a negative fluff hit piece with # all to actually say about anything yet even that wasnt enough for the OP, who then had to attempt to ramp the crap up to 11 with the words 'temple to himself'.
